I cannot recommend Missy enough!!! She did thee most amazing lash lift & tint for me and I can't even begin to count how many people complimented my lashes and asked where they could go to get theirs done!!! As a busy mama of two it was so nice to wake up & go- and still feel beautiful! Missy makes your time with her relaxing, comfortable & fun- she is an ABSOLUTE gem. I'll forever be a devoted client and can't wait to go see her again soon. Soooo... what are you waiting for?!? Go book with Missy NOW and your mirror will thank you!!

Juan was absolutely amazing- highly recommend! Easy to communicate with, quick, had fair pricing, and did a great job installing overhead lights/ceiling fans in 3 of our bedrooms! His work exceeded all expectations and we are SO happy we hired him :) If you're reading this- what are you waiting for?! Give Juan a call!

I wish I was not writing this... I wish this story went more smoothly, but things have changed at Ohana and unfortunately, this impacted my family and I quite a bit. My dog has been going to Ohana since we moved to Ventura about 7 years ago. For the last 6 years, things have been great- I always felt my fur baby received great care there... she was loved, attended to & valued; however in the last 8 months (when she needed care the most, things were not the same). This fall- my pup started coughing/what sounded like a hairball and we brought her in- the Dr told us it was a tracheal collapse and she should lose a little weight and no longer use a regular collar but a harness instead. We followed her advice, but my girl got worse, quickly. The first time we brought her in- we started her on Prednisone. This worked for a bit until one night where she had a ton of trouble breathing and I had to bring her to the emergency vet. They kept her there overnight and told me that she could be released as soon as they talked to Ohana. Fast forward 6 hours- no one from Ohana was available to talk to her. I called at least 5 times and finally got an appt with them to transition her out of Horizon. After the appointment I asked if there was anything else we could do to keep her comfortable and the Dr told me to just keep giving her the medication she was on. I had done my own research online and spoken to the vet at Horizon who shared with me that there were many other options for medications to try. I called Ohana back and shared this- the vet was unsure what the medication she recommended could possibly be called- finally she exclaims "oh... the tracheal collapse elixir!" (My jaw literally dropped- yes that's what we want of course!!) throughout the next month my pup had her good days and bad- I called several times to see if there was anything else we could do for her and either received no response or a very unhelpful one- no one seemed to care that she was rapidly declining or offer any suggestions (I had to do this on my own). My best girl ended up passing away- I know it was her time, but I would have done anything for another couple of months with her. I've lost dogs before in my life and the vets that have known her have been sympathetic... I'm so sad to say that Ohana was not. I had her cremated through Lap of Love and her ashes were sent to Ohana for me to pick up. I called several times to check in on the status because things moved slowly because of Covid (not anyone's fault). No one even said "I'm sorry for your loss" to me. Even when handing me the box of ashes and her paw print imprint through the car window. I'm so broken hearted about losing her after 12 years and the people that cared for her for 7 years couldn't even express compassion. I'm writing this in an emotional state but I'm so disappointed in this place- especially after having such wonderful experiences previously. Do what you will with this information... and hug your animals... I miss my girl so much!

Let me start by saying that whoever created the saying "sleep like a baby"... obviously never had one, but thanks to thee amazing Andi, our 4 month old son is in fact sweetly and successfully "sleeping like a baby." All of this coming from a family whose little one would not sleep anywhere but on our chests for the first 6 weeks of his life. So as you can imagine- sleep deprivation was our middle name. Like others I was worried about what getting our son on a sleep schedule would entail- would I have to let him cry for long periods of time? Would I not be able to snuggle with him anymore? How would he respond? Even scarier, how would we respond? (The anxieties go on and on) After my first phone consultation with Andi, I immediately felt at ease going forward with sleep coaching and knew her philosophy/plan would work for our family- she is also super sweet, understanding, and easy to talk to! Andi came over for the first night to show us the ropes and made sure to go through each and every facet of the plan with us (and answered all one million questions I had). After a couple of days of training/getting on a schedule, our little man was in the groove! Night one- we finally successfully unswaddled him and transitioned him into the crib, things I had attempted but never made happen for weeks before working with Andi. Andi was readily available to answer all of my type A questions throughout the 3 weeks we worked together, which was incredibly helpful during the "what should we do now" moments. We now have a much much much happier little dude who often sleeps through the night, naps well during the day, and has parents who have the energy to play with him! Not to mention that we now have time to reconnect with each other, have a glass of wine at the end of the day, and maybe even watch a TV show (what?! this part is amazing)!! So if you're reading this at 2 am- wishing you were snoozing- my advice is HIRE Andi you will not be sorry, in fact... your dreams of sleeping again will finally come true!!

I cannot recommend (and rave) about Nicole and her amazing photos enough!! I was in the same boat as many- I didn't plan for newborns photos, but once we got home with our adorable little man- I couldn't resist. I contacted Nicole and she was super easy to communicate and schedule with (which is SO necessary and appreciated when you have a newborn)! I was very worried about whether or not our little one would cooperate, but as soon as we got there all my nerves were calmed by meeting Nicole! She is absolutely fabulous at what she does- and a true baby whisperer!! I wish we could have taken her home to help get our babe to sleep at night :) She delivered the photos quickly and each and every one made my heart melt. I will absolutely be back for 1 year old photos!! Thank you Nicole- you are thee best!!
