      Today, I visited the hotel for a crucial meeting with my client, intending to discuss design ideas for his new space, inspired by the hotel's style. However, my experience was marred by unwelcoming interactions with the staff. When I attempted to charge my laptop at the restaurant, I was abruptly informed that it wasn't allowed. Relocating to the library for a charge, I was promptly escorted out by the assistant beverage manager, Shelly, who insisted that only hotel guests were permitted there. This lack of flexibility and accommodation made me feel unwelcome. Despite understanding the necessity of rules, the abruptness of the staff's response and their failure to offer alternatives left a negative impression. As someone who has frequented 5-star hotels globally, I am disappointed by the snobbish and dismissive treatment I received. It's disheartening to see a hotel prioritize current guests over potential future ones, neglecting the fundamental principles of good customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

      I embarked on my renovation journey in April 2023 with Palm Springs Renovations, and it turned out to be an incredibly smooth and satisfying experience. Jonathan, the project manager, demonstrated remarkable patience and offered valuable advice on enhancing the design and functionality of my guest and master bathrooms.

      Throughout the process, he diligently executed every request without any hassle. Dealing with the challenges presented by my HOA and the City, Jonathan handled these situations with utmost professionalism and a commendable level of patience. We faced numerous appointments with the City due to their changing requirements, but Jonathan and his team persistently worked hard to meet and exceed every request.

      I highly recommend Palm Springs Renovation for projects of any size. The team's dedication and the outstanding work they delivered deserve special acknowledgment. Many thanks to Jonathan and his team for their exceptional efforts. The results speak for themselves, as I've received numerous compliments from family and friends. Everyone is pleasantly surprised at the amazing job completed in such a short timeframe. Six stars for Palm Springs Renovations!

      The food was just okay. The ambiance was overly dark, and the paper walls desperately need an update to freshen up the place. There were no fresh flowers, and the tables were uncomfortably close, making it easy to overhear neighboring conversations. While the music was beautiful, the song selection felt random and didn't align with the atmosphere, swinging between disco party and romantic dinner vibes.

      In 2023, when most restaurants offer gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options, Mastros' menu remained surprisingly simple and lacked descriptions of the dishes. Additionally, there were no gluten-free bread options, and it seems that the mashed potatoes might have contained dairy, despite mentioning my dairy intolerance, which led to immediate bloating.

      Regarding the service, it left much to be desired. After 30 minutes of dining with full plates, and no indication that we were ready to leave, two waitresses approached us separately within a 5-minute interval, asking if we needed boxes. It felt like they were rushing us out the door.

      The waitstaff was overly talkative, making it difficult to understand their explanations, especially with the loud music in the background. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend returning. If you want to enjoy Mastros, I'd suggest visiting their Las Vegas location instead.

      P.S. I've noticed other disappointing reviews here, and it seems they don't pay much attention to them. They simply suggest sending another review to the link below, which doesn't seem to contribute to improving their food, service, and ambiance. This is especially concerning since a robot responds to all reviews with less than 3 stars.

      The prices on Yelp not matching the prices in the restaurant. Plus $2-3 to each meal. The restaurant says they didn't create the page on Yelp. So who is in charge to keep prices correct?
