Quite literally the worst food I've ever had. I'm begging you, as a potential customer, please don't waste your time and money on this. If you want to experience this level of quality of food, you can easily replicate it by going to Walmart, buying a bunch of frozen food items, bringing them home and putting EVERYTHING in the microwave at the same time and cooking for 20 minutes on high. I say this because the food we ordered managed to be soggy, overcooked, cold and bland...ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

Maybe your experience will be different. Maybe your food will be properly cooked, properly seasoned, you won't feel like you've waited overly long for service and you won't have to keep asking the waitress for things that are expected with the meal, such as silverware, syrup, salsa etc.

The sign of a good restaurant is one that consistently makes its dishes the same every time. If you go in and order the same dish 10 times, you should get it close to the same each and every time. This is unfortunately not the case here.

I've been coming here for a while and I've enjoyed the quality and the taste of what I've ordered, but at this point I can't get over the nickel and dime approach as it relates to the inconsistencies in preparation.

To start off, I'm not complaining about the portion size of the protein. I'm complaining about the add-on items like corn, bean sprouts, cucumbers. Sometimes, the stuff gets piled on in generous amounts, other times it's noticeably stingy. On those times when I'd like a little more, I'm told it will cost extra. I'm perplexed. While on the one hand I understand this isn't subway, I also realize that I'm not asking for an extra pound of caviar and shaved truffle. It's fucking corn, cucumbers and cabbage. The other part of this is that, I'm not loading up on every damn thing they have available, I get my large bowl with 4 proteins and 3-4 add ons.

I enjoy the food, and while I consider the price a little high it's not unreasonable. However, in order to have the food so that I enjoy it, I'm forced to pay additional charges. So unfortunately I'm less inclined to visit this establishment, because I don't know if I'm going to have to pay more than the posted price.

Great food. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants something warm and hearty that will fill you up.

They have great options to customize your meal, including the types of protein, vegetables, noodles and sauces.

Definitely worth a try if you've never had hotpot and really good for takeout if you're looking for something new and different during the pandemic.

I want to say the food is good. I've gotten bagels of all types and sandwiches for breakfast and lunch. They were good. I wouldn't recommend anyone go out of their way for it but if you live nearby, have a hankering for a bagel or just want something other than Starbucks or McDonalds before getting to work, this is a good choice.

It is a bit expensive, especially if you're just buying for yourself. A bagel and a drink, or a sandwich is gonna put you close to $20. For a price like this, I'd rather get Panera bread or corner bakery.

If you're buying bagels by the dozen, it's not as bad. They've got decent pricing if you're buying for the office.

My main issue is with customer service. I ordered online using a delivery service. After an hour I tried contacting the delivery person, the service company and the restaurant. Turns out the ticket never came through at the restaurant and the order was cancelled. I tried calling the restaurant to see if it was a blip and if I should try again. The person on the phone was extremely defensive and told me to take it up with the delivery company. Before I could clarify and try to explain they hung up the phone.

Dangerously busy during this pandemic. While a sign says 2 people only inside, it's not enforced and have had as many as 10 waiting to pick up and order. They have pick up area for curbside pick up but the phone number is always busy which forces you to park, walk in and wait in the Petri dish that is their cramped waiting area.

Food quality has gone gradually down hill since the day pandemic started, which i suppose is understandable with lowering income and potential staffing issues. Still good enough to enjoy but it's a shade of what it once was.

They've also decided to charge $1.00 for chili, which is something new. Next chopsticks and napkins will cost you, and after that you'll start having to pay for parking.

Hopefully things improve once this pandemic is no longer an issue, but until then, this place should be a last resort and not a first choice.
