Had the WORST pedicure EVER today. I wanted to jump outta the chair sooo bad.
First of all she did lil cuts in the corners of my big toe nail and then pulled (yanked!!) the part that COULD (NOT does) turn into an ingrown nail. It hurrrrrrrt!! The nail lady next to us said sometimes we have to do that. How about NEVER? Never sounds good to me. I think only one other time did someone do that it hurt like crazy and each time I ended up bleeding. So, then she took forever using a tool to my cuticles. I'm surprised I still have meat on my toes. Now to the scrubbing: usually they don't scrub enough, this one wouldn't stop. BUT she was working the wrong areas. High up on your heal like where a sandal strap would go
AND on your arch, nobody walks on it and it's super soft. After the massage, she got her nail clippers and started clipping the area around my toes some more. I told her I got 5 min left (and then I will fly outta this chair)
The polish job burned as crazy as you can imagine, everything is still raw!!
My heels felt soft, but when I showed them to my husband we noticed that I actually have a bloody spot and numerous raw spots. Had to use Neosporin:(
Needless to say NEVER AGAIN!!

Excellent Customer Service by Shonte in the Garden Center!
It was near closing time tonight and I had to run into HOME DEPOT real quick for a spray nozzle for my garden hose. Right away Shonte asked me if I needed help and walked me right over to where the hoses are displayed. While near the outdoor plants my eye caught a couple of shrubs.
Ms. Shonte came over and offered her excellent knowledge of the plants I enquired about. Soon I was able to select a beautiful red oleander.

Saw they were open on Sundays, yay!
Walked in and asked if they shipped to an APO address. The Lady behind the desk looked at me like I just said something in a foreign language. APO??? What's that?? I have worked here 3 years and I have never had somebody walk in here and ask me that. Really? Plus on top of it she had an attitude about it. So I said why don't you ask your coworker, her answer: "oh she doesn't know" I let her know that I went online and FedEx in fact does APO. They receive it and then the USPS takes over.
She says "well then you need to call them". Call who? Wow! If you hate working on Sundays... DON'T

Went to this location yesterday around 6pm. I was the only customer and received "customer service" right away. Not sure if the young man was hungover or always has the energy level of a garden snail. It was obvious that I was a bother to him since my produce was sloppily thrown onto my bread and about 3 to maybe 4 droplets of Chipotle sauce were added on my request. I didn't ask for extras, I didn't want to wake up the guy who slept through the whole experience... Btw No "thank you, have a nice evening" I exited hearing only the sound of crickets:(
