This review is for all of the restaurants that are owned by Kyle Green. Kyle G's, Nonna's, Oak and Ember and Nostalgia. My husband and I along with friends have visited each of these establishments numerous times. Have held private parties at the restaurants in their private rooms. Since they have been taken over by Kyle G's the prices have gone up and the gratuity is automatically included on your bill. The customer no longer has a choice. What I found insulting and presumptuous on the owner's part is when requesting to use one of their private rooms at Nostalgia they let you know up front that your party's bill before tax and tip must be at least $1500. If the group doesn't meet the $1500 the restuarant will add the remainder to your bill. The tip added on after is 20% and the sales tax is 6%. Our Christmas party was there last year before the restaurant was taken over. None of these stipulations were in place. I, my family, friends and members of the Group will no longer be frequenting these establishments. This is no way to treat customers who are willing to spend money at the establishment. It would be wise for Mr Green to remember that the customer is the reason for his existence, not the reverse.

I'm sorry to say that after using this service for numerous cleanings we no longer are. The first cleaning was excellent but from then on it went downhill. We had the service come every 2 weeks with the same girl cleaning. Between coming late, leaving early, lackadaisical cleaning I decided to go back to my previous cleaning company. You get what you pay for.

Been coming here for years and always had excellent food. The service was great and the restaurant clean but....... Four of us ate there and we all felt the same. Disappointed. The portions of all our meals were much less than what they used to be, the quality wasn't as good as in the past and the prices were much higher. Won't be rushing back. Sad because it was one of our favorites.

My husband and I have eaten here numerous times but this is my first review of the restaurant. The food, service, cocktails, desserts are always unique and delicious. I tried the new item on the menu which was Fontina Pork Tenderloin with a Marcella sauce and bits of bacon. It was cooked to perfection and delicious. I will definitely order it again. This ambiance is classy, romantic and elegant but families with younger children come here also. It is definitely an upscale restaurant but don't just go there on a special occasion. Treat yourself to a wonderful meal. We will be going again.
