Visiting in town from Texas, and my 6-year old son and I stopped in to eat on our way to a Reds game. The Subway worker wasn't very polite and didn't seem to want to be there, but we got our sandwiches made...albeit mine wasn't correct. But the worst spectacle of humanity was when another Subway worker mistreated a customer who couldn't speak English very well. She raised her voice asking if he wanted it toasted or not, then looked at her coworker and said, "These people are getting on my fucking nerves today." Then after she asked him what he wanted on his sandwich, he said never mind and started to leave the restaurant. She then started cussing up a storm and wouldn't stop. I had to ask her to stop as I had a child in the restaurant. This was a horrible experience. Deplorable mistreatment of someone who just wanted to get lunch. Stay away from this place if you can help it.

Great food! Original hot & barbecue wings were excellent along with the homemade waffle fries! Definitely not a chain restaurant. Visiting from Houston and would definitely seek this place out again!
