It's a Marriott hotel bar. So you can always expect the high standards Marriott has. It's next to the airport so you have a consistent flow of folks who just got off a plane or will
be on a plane. I'm a Marriott fan, I stay at their hotels all over the world. If I am going to stay in a hotel near the airport, it will be a Marriott hotel. With over 20 years of traveling, you'll want to stay at a Marriott hotel if you are near an airport.

The drinks were fantastic and the pepperoni pizza didn't disappoint. With all the times I've had to fly out of BWI.. stay at the Marriott. If you've got any complaints, just know that they would be worse at the other properties near BWI.

The bar tender worked really hard. He should have had more help. The beer and alcohol menu has everything you'd want. The food was pretty bad. We got the glazed salmon and the Smothered chicken. Really poor. But we also got the chicken dip with Fritos and the Fritos were on point. Very well done, straight from the bag. We didn't eat our meals but we paid for it all with a 20% tip for a total of about 100 dollars.

So go for the drinks and the sports on the TVs. But I don't recommend you go for any other reason.

It was my first time... and it was great. The oyster selection was great, the beer was great. But what was most prevalent is that the locals seem to love this place. If you're coming though Annapolis like we were, you'll love this place for lunch and drink, or a full meal with the family for that matter. The dining area was packed with family and little ones so there is something for everyone.

It's a dreary afternoon in Annapolis the day before the the Military Bowl. Virginia Tech and Tulane battle it out tomorrow. The city is full of great fans and spirit for tomorrows game.

The second floor has a full bar and menu so you can't go wrong. We had oysters and beer, the selection was great. After a bunch of both we ordered fries. The people next to us had the meatballs, they loved them.

It's worth stopping by for drinks or dinner. I think you will like it as much as we did.

I booked reservations here about six months ago as I heard the Forth of July fireworks were going to be amazing at Panama City Beach. I traveled with the family and I called a week in advance asking to have two adjoining rooms. They told me they couldn't guarantee it but they would do their best. I called in the middle of the week and got the same answer. The day of, (before I arrived) I called three times and got the same answer. When I arrived, the Hotel couldn't accommodate the request and the family was split into two rooms next to each other (but not adjoining). I understand, that not all requests are possible, I've stayed in a Marriott property for 60 days across the country so far this year so I know that everything doesn't always turn out perfect.

In the morning we went to the restaurant in the hotel and were seated outside. Once we were seated, no one ever came to the table. Its buffet style so we all got our food but it requires a server to bring you a drink. We'd been sitting there so long that we were done by the time a server showed up. My wife had already gone and purchased some water bottles from the small store they have near reception.

We left, changed into our swimwear and brought the kids to the pool. They wouldn't get in because of the bugs that collected in the pool overnight. There wasn't anyone there so I grabbed the skimmer net and started skimming the pool. After about 20 minutes I had enough floating items out of the pool and the kids jumped in. A man walked up to me while I was working and asked where the pool towels were. When I told him didn't know he walked away with a huff. I tried to explain to him that I didn't work for the hotel but he wasn't having it.

My wife came to the pool just as I was finishing, mad about a cockroach in the room. I told her "it's Florida", but that explanation didn't work.

We spent the day exploring the hotel and it's amenities and the hotel is just worn down. The carpet hallway to our room had been worn down to the fibers and the door to the room wouldn't close easily (the top of the door bangs into the door jam). So it took an adult to close the door every time we left (and to open it).

We ate at the pool bar and ordered food and beverages. We spent a couple hours there and paid about $350.00 for everything we ordered. As I looked at the pool, I could see concrete patches that were poorly done and patrons who couldn't find towels or someone to assist them.

For the purpose of speeding this up... the following morning it was the same thing at the restaurant for breakfast and the same thing all day long.

So instead of being there for six days, we checked out after two nights and checked into another hotel. The hotel is not well maintained and it's so disorganized that the staff apologize to customers so consistently that I think it's made them unhappy at their jobs (that's my interpretation).

When I was checking out, a man was checking out next to me. He had been there a week and had a great experience. So I guess... you may have a great experience or you may not.
