I used to love going to this place for brunch on the weekends, but unfortunately the experience has gone downhill since COVID. Instead of table service, you are typically going to wait in a long line to order, and then hope a clean table will be available. You are given a number to place on your table, and staff will bring the food out to you. Customers now bus their own tables , which is a change.

The food itself is usually good, when items are not out of stock, but portion sizes are small for the price. I've gone several times where they have been out of chia pudding, my favorite.

I was disappointed today with the size of the slice of quiche I was given. There was no dressing on the mixed greens, and no scone on the side as included in the menu description. I had to ask for toast as a replacement for the scone - this was not offered up front by the wait staff.

Overall, I hope they can improve the customer experience, because I used to love going here.

What a delight! I decided to come here with my mother on a beach trip based on the positive Yelp reviews, and was not disappointed. We were lucky to get a reservation for a Thursday night (quick tip: do not expect to be seated before your reservation time. Our reservation was for 5:15pm and we arrived around 5, were told we needed to wait until all 5pm reservations were seated and had to wait a few minutes.)

The Parmesan crisps were indeed crisp, and we enjoyed the spread that came with them.

We split the Tempura Broccoli, which was a revelation! Perfect consistency and texture, loved the sauce, just a hint of heat but not spicy.

For entrees, my crab cakes were excellent, the best I've had in years. My mother got the shrimp fry, which she also enjoyed, the portions are very generous.

I plan to return during a future beach trip and save room for dessert!

We came on a Wednesday night for dinner and were able to be seated right away. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the crab stuffed shrimp, which were delicious, the vegetables and mashed potatoes on the side were good, but nothing out of the ordinary. My mother got the fish and chips, which she enjoyed, and comes in a very large portion.

It's a small thing but I appreciate they left water at the table, and the bread we got was delicious!

In addition to juice, Health Check also offers smoothie and açaí bowels, salads, and specialty toast (avocado and more). I have wanted to check this place out for a while, and was finally able to stop in for a grab and go lunch.

I got a Passion Crush bowl, which has a mango and passion fruit base. It was super refreshing, a perfect lunch for a hot day! All the ingredients were fresh and it smelled amazing inside as the staff were prepping and sorting fresh produce and berries. The staff were very friendly and my smoothie bowl was ready very quickly.

The location is great, there is nothing else like it in Annville . Just a few steps away from the Allen theater and within walking distance of LVC campus.

My only complaint is the very limited inside seating. There is some outdoor seating, but I ended up eating my smoothie bowl in the car with a/c. I hope to come back and try more of their menu soon!
