It's not bad but I prefer Raku in terms of fresh udon quality and taste. Sanuki has a good concept but I wished they preferred Japanese onsen egg and fresher udon.
Tried two different smoothies, pretty good. I'll come back to try more and their ice creams in the summer
Not bad for Nashville but here were a few indicators that it's still not great poke yet- the ginger was the lower grade red-dyed ones instead of fresher yellow ginger. Sauces ideally should be defined on their menu (I can't tell what a few of them were just based off the name/would taste like so hard to choose those options). Salmon also looks mass produced/not as fresh/diced way too tiny-- just needs to be more fresh and bigger. Avocado was also a rip-off -- $4 for a quarter of it lol. I wouldn't come back only cus I've had better.

Hi April, As a family based restaurant, we strive for every guest to have a great experience every time. Providing a menu tour is a highlight of dining with us as guests are encouraged to sample every sauce while building their bowl. It is a great way to explore the amazing flavors. In addition to the base and protein selection, we have 21 toppings that are included in the price of your bowl.
Drinks are out of this world. Packaging is also great. Love the self service kiosk option
Great food and ambiance. Beautiful interior and stellar customer experience. My favorites were the tasty gumbo and to-die-for bread pudding that comes with coconut ice cream (pretty big portion). We'll definitely come back to try more dishes.
