This company has zero amount of sympathy for people. A very good friend of mine was involved in a horrible motorcycle accident which has made his family responisble for his affairs. His son with the same name came up there to get this fathers bike and the lady was rude and inconsiderate of the situation and made it VERY diffcult for him to pick up his dad's bike. And on top of it all he was quoted a price to pick up the bike but then when he came the same day they added 2 days of storage! And told him whoever quoted him that price didn't have any say of the charges. I understand they need to make money for the services they provided, but the rudeness and lack of compassion was not necessary. I recommond to call another towing company if you are in need of a tow for anything!
