AMC Theaters was fortunate enough to be the only theater to feature the movie "Jesus Is King". It was the only way to watch the movie. I've been going to RIO for 15 years and am an amc stubs member. My friend and I were ecstatic to experience this film at our local theatre on an IMAX screen. Due to our busy schedules with work and our families we got our tickets 7 days before the show and planned the day.

Unfortunately we arrived 10 minutes late. We were sent to the cashier Avery, who was really profesional and tried to assist in finding other theaters as there IMAX projectors weren't working. We weren't able to find anything that fit our schedule so she called her Manager BRYAN Cousins who came out shortly after to try and resolve a solution so we could watch the film.

I don't understand why a company would ever invest thousands of dollars into renovating there establishment yet the managers shirt hadn't been washed or ironed for who knows how long.

we mentioned we were upset that we couldn't see the movie and asked for movie passes that everyone else received when they were in the theater. He did not want to give us passes and offered us a refund. He then commented if we would Have got there on time we would
Have seen the movie if it was working. However that wasn't true because there IMAX
Machine wasn't working.

He was very rude and unwelcoming. His justification was although the movie never worked if we theoretically would have arrived on time IF the movie was working we would have seen it. Just an
unprofessional way to treat a customer. We just wanted movie passes like everyone else got.

In conclusion the rest of the staff was very professional but BRYAN cousins the manager made me not want to go back to amc.


Cinepolis up the street just opened and I hope they play that movie there so I can watch it.

Note: maybe you should email the people who have bought tickets if your newly renovated theaters aren't working at all

Best barber shop in the game. 5 years faithful. Nelson is precise and very detailed. I never want to go with anyone else. I've recommended so many friends to him and he keeps them coming back!

The Food Market is the go to spot. We came in for late evening munchies. Our server Will was very knowledgeable with the whole menu. He was super thorough with giving us details and the best suggestions. The crispy lobster is delicious and the truffle fries were great. We loved the atmosphere and our server made us so happy we will return soon!
