Ordered lunch for my kids, ordered the family bundle which is four pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. Received the pizzas but no cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were for my child to eat as a meal since he can't eat sauce on pizzas. The general manager gave me two options: Drive to the restaurant to pick up the missing cheese sticks, note I would have to leave all children at home while I make this drive to Milton. Second option was refund. I did take the refund for the cheese sticks since the general manager refused to call Ubereats to come back and get the cheese sticks so they could their deliver what I ordered.

Found several areas that were not cleaned. All the lawn furniture was left in the grass and not put back in place. My guess is they were in a rush to get to another job. Owner did state he would come back and fix what I was not happy with, however I did it myself. If he would've slow down and done this job right it would've earned him three new customers. Really feel like I wasted $700

Yeah actually suggested I was racist and that's why I left the review. Not sure what racism has to do with completing a job that you pay his company to do.
Hey Josh if I was racist not only would I not have an African-American son I probably would not of hired you to do the job in the first place.

Fake review. Why, would you claim we did a bad job, we walked you through the job for you to okay it and to hear you say you like it, then once were gone say we did a bad job, then we offer to come back to fix the job just for you to deny us not to fix the job? Just to leave a bad review? Bless your heart, but this is a fake review. It's amazingly sick why and what people would do, say, and lie on a small business for? 13 years in business, and I came across this review a couple of days ago. I don't understand what the point of trying to damage our reputation is. You live in the Manor in Milton, Georgia. Over a million dollar real-estate H.O.A.
I service celebrities in your neighborhood. We provide excellent work at a fair price. We pressure washed stone steps, driveway, pool deck, and patios. Charged you $700 when the job was probably double. I can't imagine what you'll think how much stuff would cost now a days with inflation and your new president. This review is as fake as it comes! We don't work for people anymore who do not understand and appreciate the value we bring to their homes and businesses. 13 years in business with hundreds of customers, and they all know my character. If I could give more than five stars for Alliance Plumbing and Drain I would. We had a terrible smell coming from the guest bathroom so we finally decided to Google a plumber. After looking at the reviews for Alliance Plumbing I decided to give them a shot. The phone was answered immediately and the gentleman I spoke to walked me through several steps to try to pinpoint the smell over the phone. When that couldn't resolve the issue he immediately scheduled for his team to come to the house today.
Vitality and Michael showed up and walked through all scenarios that could be causing the smell. They took their time and they helped us understand what we could do to prevent the smell in the future.

May 7, 2019First to ReviewNegative stars in my book! They were bought by Pack Rat and they are Rats!! They lie, add charges without authorization. The damage durning move was terrible, no hope in getting reimbursed. Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. Anita Bobbit, no trust there. Lies about charges, makes promises to get the move, but gets her commission is the end!!! Run from Zippy Shell and Pack Rat!!!!
