Loved our outdoor furniture and large umbrella until 3 days after delivery we noticed a break in the metal canopy of the umbrella. Salesman said they would take care of it. Followed the request to send pics to Customer Care so they can get a claim opened. Then get a call stating they will not replace parts or umbrella and are closing claim. I had it for 3 days.
After many calls, Ashley provides conflicting information than it says in their printed warranty booklet. They even requested I email them pictures of their own warranty booklet. I am done and just letting my bank card handle at this point.
Ashley, please stand behind your products. And buyer beware.
