The food was certainly to be praised, probably the best Mac n cheese in the city the chicken was spot on and lemme tell you about those pork chops !!!

Decent spot, the ceviche was a 3/5 the service was the same. Tried in a weeknight and only three tables eating i waited for everything.

The Pollo has very little flavor other than a bit of moisture, which is the best I can share about it. The choros a la chalaca were very flavorful and filled with fresh ingredients. The Cau Cau was decent but no reflection of a home made dish. It actually disappointed my expectations.

Amazing food with strong Peruvian influences and a service level difficult to find. A humble setting with amazing flavors for this family centric business!
