We met Chris through a referral from our agent. At the time, we were considering a couple of loan providers as options. The other provider had a great first-time homebuyer incentive, but their customer service was terrible and was only open 5 days a week. We were new at this so we didn't have any clue with the buying process, how loans work, and what opportunities we had as new homebuyers. We needed someone who could guide and educate us throughout the process with no judgement and who could be honest with us. Chris was that person and we really appreciated the countless times he spent with us over the phone when we had tons of questions and qualms about something, even after hours and weekends. As first time homebuyers, we didn't know where to start. Andrew and his team reached out to us when they heard from family that we were in the market to buy. In fact that family was also helped by him and they are happily living in their forever home. We live about 3,000 miles away so we really liked that he was very proactive in that sense and was very dedicated to helping us find the right team to work with despite the distance.

During our first call, he asked questions of our wants, needs, and concerns so he can search the best team for us. We also had a lot of questions on the buying process so he answered all of them with no judgement. After researching the top realtors in our region, Andrew interviewed them to find the ones that met our criteria and would be the best fit. They did a wonderful job of matching us up, and saved us a lot of time and stress in the process.

When we first talked in March, we told him that we wanted to start looking in July. With his knowledge of the market, he suggested there's no better time to get started other than now. Given that the market in Washington State is ridiculously fast, it made sense. I'm glad we started looking early because after looking at 10+ properties and getting outbid a couple of times, we finally found the perfect one for us. We were under contract on July 1st (on the dot!) and have been enjoying making our home our own for about a month now.
