He showed up promptly, worked quickly. And his price was quite reasonable. I plan on hiring him for more projects.
I had a leaky roof issue that was addressed a few years ago, but just came back. We were prepared to pay for a new roof. I used the AVA website to schedule an estimate. They were able to come out the next day. Russ assessed that we did not need a new roof and developed a plan to fix the problem. You have to really respect a business that doesn't try to sell you what you don't need. And Russ was so friendly and easy to talk to. He bought us some more time with our roof, and when it's time for the new one, I will absolutely use AVA.

thank you very much for your business :)
The team here is so nice. My carpet cleaner wasn't working properly, so I brought it in. A few minutes later, they called to say it was fixed They said the cleaner only needed a small adjustment, and they DIDNT CHARGE ME!!!!
My husband and I, life long Buffalonians, were shopping at Wegmans and realized that neither of us has had a Wegman's sub in years. SO my husband got us a table, and I waited in line. And waited. One young man just seemed to walking back and forth behind the counter. Finally my turn, ordered a meatball sub, and they were out of meatballs. WHAT? THIS IS WEGMANS GO GET SOME MEATBALLS. I got a roast beef sub, took a while for the guy behind the counter to understand this apparently difficult order, and my husband got a turkey sub. Then I stood in another line to pay for them. And they were DELICIOUS. Almost worth the wait. Their process really needs to be updated.

Ok. They opened yesterday; still working out the kinks. They got some orders wrong. We ordered sweet potato fries, and got garlic fries THAT WERE DELICIOUS! We each got the American Cheeseburger, thick and juicy, brioche bun a thick pickle slice that competently won. me over. The men working were so nice. The place is small, just a few tables. The menu is varied with burgers, chicken, veggie sandwiches , wraps and rice bowls. NO pork. The bacon is beef bacon. 8 dollars for a good size burger which we thought was reasonable. And that burger came with a little American Flag in it, which completely won Don over.
Maybe take out next time but we will definetely be going back. Don is thinking eggplant sandwhich and I want a shrimp gyro.
