Thanks for owner's generosity during New Year's Day, more variety and quantity of food. I've a wonderful New Year Meal specially when I'm alone in USA.
Bad service attitude for Asian customer from Asian worker. Lot of shift on their face!
If I can give zero star I will. I was ordered a bento box this afternoon then I traveling to halfway and enjoy my meal. Guess what? No rice and Sushi roll, just soup and Shrimp tempura. Where is my rice and roll? I don't think checking meals is my responsibility then I give a phone call to restaurant to report this situation then they just say nothing they can do!? I have been America for four years and this is my first time meet this situation. What's nothing u can do!? I won't be back to this restaurant again! I tell all my friends don't go to this worst restaurant when they visiting La Grande.
The expensive price to get the bad service. I understand they are busy in the lunch time, but I never get any water even I finish my lunch. I also order the mango salad and fried rice, the salad is great but the fried rice is like the risotto. Everything is [Stick together]! After that, I told to waiter and she was picked the rice and photo of rice to talk to the Restaurant owner. Then I get my bill and the total is $20, WoW a salad and a cup of the ice Tail tea need $20? it's ok, but why the owner didn't say something or explain why the rice is pretty bad? You don't want to have any business with me? Sure, I don't care and I wouldn't go to here next time , and thanks for this Restaurant, I have to pay more money to finish my lunch. Finally, I gave $1 for tip because waiter is work hard and she should earn those money. if you are Asia face people like me, please don't try to get any food from here because you won't have any thing in 20min even a cup of water.
The Attitude of worker is very bad, they just want to back to check their phone and they are poker face.
