I went in today with my sisters to try samples of ice cream to choose what kind we'd like for a treat.
I never got passed the samples.
The woman who was working the counter was extremely passionate about the craft of making the ice cream; unfortunately, she was also rude beyond belief. So much so that we decided to walk out and order nothing at all.
Get over yourself, lady. It's ice cream.

We stopped in Watertown just to try Firehouse.
45 minuets after getting there we received our order to our table we cleaned off ourselves.
My husband had the firehouse club , it was decent. I had the grilled chicken salad , for the price it was on the small side and unimpressive.
So I say if cleanliness and speed is something your not into . Stop in and have a sub par lunch.

Terrible service, overpriced sub par food. They must give you a dirty glass because they never planned on giving refills. I Will never give these guys another penny to treat my family like garbage. When you've spent your hard earned money to take your family out to celebrate.
The last thing you want to do is end the night knowing that you've just paid these people to first lie to you by mailing you a bogus coupon to get there. Make you wait 45 minuets to be seated
then tell you 10 minuets after you've ordered the all you can eat , the kitchen is closing!
They add the automatic gratuity because they obviously don't care enough to keep you happy.
They get their money from you no matter how your experience is.
I've never written a bad review on yelp! This place is horrible! Be smart do not eat here..
