Wow where do I begin! Jodee Dillon (Sr. Mortgage Banker-Winter Park, Fl.) was referred to me by a colleague who purchased a home and she had nothing but great things to say about her.
I contacted Jodee to see what I needed to do to purchase my first home since I was tired of renting. She ran my credit and gave me several suggestions. She did not give up on me like a previous company did (RP Funding) she kept in contact with me until I had everything that I needed to qualify for a mortgage. Once I qualified, she worked effortlessly with my Realtor and she helped me with the purchase of my first home! She is now helping one of my daughters to find her home!
She is sweet, bubbly, incredibly knowledgeable, great communicator and does a great job at putting your mind at ease throughout the process because it can be overwhelming at times. I highly recommend her!!!! You will not regret it rather you will feel like your family just grew! God bless you Jodee, thank you for all that you do. You TRULY GO OUT OF YOUR WAY!!!!

I wouldn't know where to even begin. You are NOT renting from a person directly but rather probably an estate who hired this company. By contract they have 30 days to fix a problem, however, I had problems last longer than that. Plumbing took 6 visits, a crack on the wall that turned to a big whole (because of the dryer was NOT fixed in six months). We moved out and it was still there with mildew smell coming out). And let's face it.. they will keep all or partial of your deposit EVEN if you leave the house super clean as I did. Your rent will also go up yearly by over $100. If you do month to month it goes up by $300. I do NOT recommend renting from this company. Terrible property managers. They will also ignore your emails and be rude on the phone if you call Debra. The way it works, you submit your problem, they then put it up for bidding.. then they chose the cheapest contractor! My plumbing had 6 different plumbers rather than keeping the same one!!! It's a nightmare.

We purchased our very first home in March. Bruce and his team (Bob, Rachel and Jared) were just phenomenal. This process can be very intimidating but they were always a call or text away. I know they were not recommended to me by coincidence. They were all such blessing. Thank you Citrus County Dream Team for all of your help! God bless you.

Wow this was incredible. I went with my 74 yr old mother and sis on a Sat. for Mother's day and I decided to go the next day Sunday and took my husband and kids. It was pretty neat. Not scary but just amazed on how real it felt... you are literally walking in a video game! We opened doors and got on a train in which we felt the breeze! We look forward to new game designs! This is a MUST DO!
