I know it's obnoxious to post 5-star reviews but that's how I feel about Gio. He has shot about 6 of my company events and all of our company headshots as well as my client's photo shoots. He's kind, calm, and talented and he always delivers on time. I highly recommend him!

I was in a rut. After almost 10 years in my office space, with a very fragmented and somewhat schizophrenic look and feel, I desperately need some help. Ingrid really listened to my needs and had incredibly thoughtful and creative ideas for my space. She knows how to keep an eye to her client's needs (in my case, the need to expand my business), how to prioritize them, stays within the budget and has fantastic taste. I'm so happy with her services and can't wait to show off my new PR Agency space to my clients!

I occasionally take the time to visit Susan for a facial (which I love), but it had been a long while since I last had a massage at Ginger Springs. I went yesterday and got a Swedish massage from Christine. I hate to lay on my stomach while getting a massage (I get claustrophobic and it hurts my breasts), so she was super accommodating and let me lay on my side instead. I appreciated that...a lot. She really listens and cares about what kind of experience you have. She is gentle but strong and made the hour just float by. She also shared a great stretching exercise with me afterwards, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Christine at Ginger Springs if you want a great massage --and I be sure to book Susan, the owner for a fantastic facial.

I've been going to this restaurant for the last 6 years. It's always been my favorite go-to restaurant for lunch. There used to be two guys who worked there who were GREAT servers (even knew my favorite dishes by heart and were always friendly and warm)! But since they left, things have gone downhill. Sadly, in the last 3 or 4 times I have gone to Kao Sarn, the service has been really poor as it's clear they don't have enough staff to mange the number of customers who are coming in. I have no complaints about the food itself. Here are the problems I would suggest the management try and correct:
1. It takes the servers way too long to get to your table and take your order or bring the check (clearly, an understaffing issue).
2. The servers never stop by to ask if you need water, more tea, how your meal is etc.
3. Food often arrives scattershot. My dining companion's food arrived 15 min. before mine one day and then my food arrived 20 minutes before hers the next! We essentially ate separately, at the same table.
4. If you have a food allergy, or are vegan, vegetarian, etc., beware! They often include ingredients you specifically asked them to exclude or vice versa. I have asked them to remove bell peppers 3x and they keep including them. Not sure if this is a kitchen issue or a server issue --not accurately taking your order.
I think if they can just improve these few things, they'll be great again. Since they're the only Thai restaurant in town, I'll continue to give them my business. But it would be wonderful if the owner/manager would take the time to make these minor improvements.
