      An amazingly unique experience each and every time! I've been patronizing this establishment for the past 2 years. When I walk in every time it feels like home! The owner Mike makes everyone feel at home both young and older. I bring my 8 year old to the shop and he loves the experience!

      Mike has this special ability to openly communicate with everyone and make them feel special. Mike son works there as well and he is also a great guy, along with other highly skilled barbers. I am thankful that Temecula has such a cool barber shop that brings so much culture to the city!

      Well lit with enough space to push a shopping cart without running or brushing into another person. The workers are always helpful and friendly, they are always refilling or refolding items in the store isles.
      The prices are good and the Costco brand Kirkland is just as good if not better then most commercial brands. The floors are clean and spill free or if you see an employee mopping there's always a caution sign in place.
      I love how the will have random kiosk set up throughout the store with employees making sample foods for you to try.
      The store flows well but there is one thing that bothers me and I believe this problem exists at all Costco stores. In the meat isles the fresh chicken, beef, pork & fish packages are sticky with blood or meat fluids that have leaked out of some packages.
      They "don't provide" hand sanitizer, paper towels or hand wipe dispensers for you to clean the bacteria/ salmonella fluid off of your hands. I mentioned this to one of the store managers and she said she would make a note of this to corporate, this was about 8 months ago and nothing has changed as of yet. I got frustrated with this and started bringing my own hand wipes to clean my hands after handling the meats.

      Luis and Rene, father and son provided great service today in our home on our Rugs and carpets! They were on time, very efficient and 100 % professional! In the past I have used other companies that have soaked my carpet, leaving the drying time way longer than advertised! "Magic Steam" cleaned my carpet in record time leaving a very fresh smell and they did not soak it, leaving drying to a minimum under the time they suggested ;) Me and my family are super happy and pleased with their service. We will definitely be patronizing this business again in the future. Thank you Magic Steam!

      I initially went to a couple of other furniture stores before arriving at Jerome's. Needless to say once there I had no need to go anywhere else. The sales guy "Dan Tyre" was very attentive and knowledgeable about the store, furniture and listening to our needs/wants. He also was very friendly, honest and professional. I have two small children that were with me and mind you my children are very well behaved, but they are toddlers and he displayed the patience and kindness that you would want from all sales persons. The store was very clean, organized and well lit. The selection was good and the prices were very reasonable. The quality of the furniture is great and they also offer a great protection plan. We purchased a new sofa that morning and it was delivered early that evening! Me and my family are very satisfied with our experience at Jerome's and we will continue to patronize this establishment. Thank you Jerome's and thank you Dan Trye for your excellent customer service!

      This was by far the worse service I ever experienced from a pizza restaurant chain. Pizza Hut has consistently been terrible and this is the last time I will ever patronize them! On 06/18/16 I ordered 2 medium pan pizza's (1 supreme and 1 bacon spinach Alfredo), I also ordered a brownie and a chocolate chip cookie pie. I made this order online and during this process I entered a discount code as advertised. A message box popped up reading: "this deal is not honored at this location" !?!?
      I restarted my browser and entered it again and the deal went through!? Surprisingly I received the pizza from a delivery guy with a 5 o'clock shadow and seemingly with a hangover. I still tipped the guy even though he could have looked more presentable. Before I closed my door the delivery guy was down the 3 flight of stairs and back in his car taking off. I opened and checked everything and to my surprise the bacon Spinach Alfredo pizza was incomplete! There was no spinach and no balsamic sauce drizzled on top. Since the delivery guy disappeared, I called the store instead. I was greeted by Myrna, the manager, with a bad attitude. I told her that my pizza was missing the spinach and sauce and she told me she would credit my account two dollars because that's how much the spinach would cost. I told her that I wanted a whole pizza and no credit. Myrna the manager then told me that she would send the delivery driver back to my house with the spinach leaves!?!? I actually laughed because I thought she was joking but instead Myrna's lack of care and customer service was serious. I told the manager that was unacceptable, then Myrna told me she would replace my pizza, and for me to not eat and exchange the incomplete pizza they originally gave me. Myrna told me it would be delivered to me in 30min, but the delivery driver didn't return until 50min later. Almost an hour just to get the right pizza that I originally ordered. The delivery guy knocked on the door and was in such a rush that he almost dropped the incomplete pizza I was trying to return to him. I told him that I was upset and I shouldn't have waited this long for my replacement. The delivery guy said "yeah someone in the kitchen just forgot to add the spinach", he said it like it was an everyday thing. I reminded the delivery guy that the pizza was not only missing spinach but also the balsamic sauce. He looked and said "oh ok" with no care in the world...
      I will not ever patronize this establishment again, the service was terrible!

      This the Spinach Bacon Alfredo pizza that was delivery to me without the spinach and balsamic sauce. It only took 50min for a replacement!
