Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Final Strike Martial Arts in Murrieta. We've been there for almost a month. We took a chance on a sponsored ad on FB. I can say Mr. Torres, Mr. Cunningham & Mr. Bates have been nothing more than phenomenal with my kids. Especially my oldest daughter who has special needs. She got very upset during the adult class (ages 13+) and ran off during her first class. Mr. Torres came up to her and we talked her through everything. She wasn't happy, but she stomped her way back into class did the moves (even with her arms crossed and sad/angry face). She finished the class and has gone back every week since then and even did the technical seminar a week later. All instructors are aware all my kids are special needs and remind them to ask if they need help understanding moves. They don't mind doing a quick one on one until they get the motions. I've been beyond amazed at the studio and how welcoming they are. Even the older girls told my oldest that they wanted her back the next week! It's been that amazing for us and so welcoming with not only the staff but all the students as well

We filed a claim with jome warranty on our AC because it wouldn't cool on 8/26/20 and the thermostat would go blank. HVAC company came out and said it was because there was dog hair on the outside unit and needed 2 pounds of freon. Ok, cool. Works for a week or so, then it happened again. This time I called ecobee because I thought maybe it was oyr thermostat. They said nope, check the the drain. Sure enough, there was water in there so they said to soak it up and it will turn on. Sure enough it did. They also said call back home warranty, do the recall on the original service since it wasnt fixed. Company came out, cleaned it out, said it would be good.

Another week goes by and it happens again. Call the home warranty submit a recall, guy come out and the pipe is frozen in our garage where the furnace is as outside going into the unit as well as the compressor. He says he can't do anything until it thaws, which is understandable. So he comes back the next day. Starts looking around and then another guy pulls up. He starts looking around. He pulls out the air filter and yells at me saying that was the problem and that's why its freezing. Tells me to change it every month instead of every 3 months. Got it. I check the unit later that day and its sweating. I called the guy to see if hats normal and he called me back and said it was. Ok cool.

Fast forward to today. Pipes are frozen yet again. Ac isn't working properly again. I text the guy who has been coming out to give him a heads up that I'd be submitting yet another recall. I get a message back saying he's blocked my number.

Needless to say I'm not happy. I called both home warranty and hvac company and I'm stuck so to speak with the same guy coming out to fix this.

Here's my unit now after its been turned off. I just want to know what might be causing this so I dont have to keep submitting a recall on this to get functioning properly.

Cris was amazing! Came a few hours after I requested a quote. Helped diagnosis the problem. Gave us a quote if we wanted to shop around for some place that could give a better deal. I said nope, please fix it now. He went and got the part came and fixed the problem within an hour or so!

I will gladly pay a bit more for a mobile mechanic than having to drive with 3 kids and wait in a lobby etc. Will call him in the future to help us out!

Update: took a week to get the part in, on time fixed the washer and now I'm back doing laundry!
