"My wife and I are in our 70's and we have eaten a lot of smoked salmon over the years. Without a doubt the smoked salmon from Alaska Home Pack is the absolutely the finest salmon we have ever tasted. They use what is considered the best species of salmon for smoking----King Salmon. In addition, they smoke their salmon with alderwood which many people say is the best smoking wood. The rich, sweet taste of their salmon is incredible and much higher in omega 3s than farm raised salmon. We live in the Chicago area and consider ourselves fortunate to be able to acquire such fantastic food. Their shipping department is very efficient and easy to deal with."
