"Had a really great time at Firebird's. It's been a while since the last time I visited here. My waitress was wonderful and polite. I ordered steak Skewers with potatoes and onion rings. Everything was so very delicious. I was not expecting the steak to be as tender as it was, it was cooked to perfection. So juicy, so tender, full of flavor, it almost melts in your mouth. Onion rings were very good as well. My only complaint would be, it got a little busy after a while and it seemed like they could have been short staffed, so there ended up being long wait for to-go containers and the check. It felt like it was an additional 30 minutes after eating and being ready to go before I was actually able to leave. Rate 9/10"
