The quality of instruction, equipment (classical Peak Pilates system) and setting are one of the best I've seen in the DMV. Add to that the holistic treatments, massage/acupuncture, convenient location near the Dutch Amish farmers market (studio also offers seasonal delivery of local produce) - and you have a one-stop place for all your wellness needs. Try a few classes and you'll meet people again and again who've transformed their lifestyle through Pilates Plus. Highly recommend this gem!!"
