I give Beltmann 5 stars for the best relocation company I've ever used. I praise and thank Michael Cunningham for his expert professionalism with every detail. Michael helped in the sweltering hot storage unit with his friendly attitude. He made my multiple moving dilemmas stress free.

Thank you for this opportunity to express my 5 start rating for Beltmannn. -- Many Thanks from Joan Clawson

Our movers were friendly and nice and I would've been willing to rate them easily 5 stars. However, I noticed some damage on some of my garage gym mats due to the move. The mat was torn and missing material. I immediately filed a claim. The Unirisc claim was rejected

because the movers did not note the damage on the paperwork. Either they are negligent and did not notice the damage, or they purposefully did not report it. A replacement mat is around $60, but if they are not willing to accept responsibility for something like that, it makes me think they will not report damage on more expensive items. Pretty disappointed.

I have had my items in storage for 11 1/2 years. Recently Beltmann took over and I decided to move, a process that usually takes one or two emails with at least 2 days' notice. I began the request July 9. From the 9th-15th all of my emails and telephone

calls were ignored. Since my payment is due on the 16th it occurred to me that they were stalling and holding my items hostage while they waited to collect for a month of service that was not needed. After no reply I threatened to call the police and still no response. I called the Pompano Beach Police on the 14 and made a report of the incident. On the morning of the 16th my bank was charged by Beltmann for service that was undeserved. Miraculously after I was charged, I was able to get through and arrange a drop-off. The drop-off was arranged by Juan Carlos Caruso. It was dropped off at 10 am and was to be picked up 2 hours later. I called Juan Carlos Caruso and he said that it would be picked up that day. Today is Wednesday July 22 and the create is still there. I have text messages from Caruso stating that he doesn't work for the company and he's not going to pick-up the crate. The owner of the property is threating to have the crate sent to the dump and have it charged to me. From July 9-22 the job is still not finished and has cost me a great deal of money that I was not expecting to pay. I have over 20 emails that went unanswered and just as many phone calls from myself as well as the property owner were the crate currently rests. 11 1/2 years of contributing to the success of the company and the resulting treatment is not of appreciation but vicious, greedy, vengeful acts that are unwarranted. 14 days to drop-off household goods and the job is still not finished. I have threatened legal action to recoup my losses. Something simple had turned into an ordeal that has left me stressed out and unable to eat. I have been relieved of money and now am forced to sleep outdoors until I get this letter to my bank. I have not received any apology, compensation or acknowledgement of fault. This letter is being sent to the Beltmann Corporation as a complaint.

Convincing sales people, multiple failed commitments, incompetent staff. Household move from CA to TX. They came and picked up our stuff and put it on a truck, we assumed it was on the way. Two days past the delivery commitment, about 80-90% of our stuff shows up. It turns out they

took our stuff to their warehouse, unloaded everything, then re-loaded what they could to an already full truck. The rest of our stuff is still in the warehouse, with no ETA. Has been there for ten days so far. Completely random items were left off. We have a refrigerator with no shelves, shelves with no furniture, etc. For some reason all the patio furniture is here, but missing important and expensive household items. Communication is bad. Sales guy (Alan Watson) said he would take care of us every step of the way, but essentially ghosted us after we signed. Commitments for call back are repeatedly late, and when they finally come there are no answers. Avoid at all costs.

All our stuff was very dusty and dirty when delivered. Damaged my wood entryway table, both ends smashed in. Lost one of our boxes with lots of various things in it. Lots of scratches and dings on our wood bedroom furniture and living room tables.

TL;DR: These movers shattered my $800 television shortly after entering my home. They were not even moving the television, but were just moving about the home. The process was handled very poorly, and after a few weeks of going back and forth about it, they only offered me $30 for

the loss. They were careless with our possessions and refused to make this situation right. You have other options for movers; I would not use this company. When doing the walkthrough, Beltmann told me that it would cost $150 to take the TV off of my wall, so my husband and I removed it the night before and propped it up against the wall. The morning the movers arrived, they were moving another box around my home, hit the side of the TV pushing it forward, and shattered the front. The lead mover told me that they could pay me for the TV, but I would need to call the company. I called, and the company said they needed to talk to the lead mover. After that discussion, the company said that I should instead submit a claim. In hindsight, I regret not taking the $800 from the lead mover and following the request that I call the company. Following Beltmann's directions here has lost me nearly the entire cost of the television. I submitted a claim that same day, and the insurance company quickly responded that they would pay $30. I communicated this to Beltmann, and the Beltmann employee I spoke with said that was ridiculous, certainly wrong, and they would intercede on my behalf. I did not ask the lead mover for the $800 again in part based on the insistence of the Beltmann employee that she would make this situation right; that she thought $30 was ridiculous. Later, after the movers had left, the Beltmann employee told me that she hadn't understood the situation, the $30 was correct and insurance would not cover the TV, but they would try to see what they could do on their end. My move was on April 4. I have sent numerous emails to Beltmann to follow up on this situation and if they were going to rectify this issue. Today, April 29, Beltmann informed me that they too would not cover the cost of the TV, and I would be stuck with the deficit between the amounts. While I'm here, I will also note that the movers spilled their coffee all over a suitcase I had sitting on the floor almost immediately after entering, and also broke a priceless platter my husband and I purchased on our honeymoon. Overall, there was an undercurrent of deep carelessness. I had been shocked at Beltmann's refusal to make this situation right, and would never use this company again.

We needed to reco our Coral Gables stuff to Ohio and I'll admit, I can be a tough sell, especially for movers. I am details focused, maybe a bit of a control freak when it comes to moving. I called several places for quotes, I read the reviews on all

of them but it's often hard to filter thru reviews bc people hate moving and ppl leave criticism more often than compliments but I met w Danny and he was great - really listened, knew exactly what we needed, and really had pride & history w Beltmann. I've moved a bucn for work and knew the drill, I've had good experiences and not so good ones, but this was seriously the best move we've had. Everything was on time, super professional, on-time, appropriate care in all stages of the move. Every touch point, folks were people I'd have no problem recommending. Everything was easy-peasy, these folks were great, if I could give 7 out of 5 stars, I would. Really appreciate their teams and all their hard work!

Beltmann Moving did a great job and was very accommodating. They were even able to move up my delivery date. Ian Robbins was phenomenal to work and bent over backwards to assist me with extra boxes and packing paper. Kelvin and Anthony did a great job and handled my items

with care. Cynthia was extremely diligent as well. Overall, I definitely recommend them.

Ian was the best to work with! We had had a bad experience with another company so wanted to try a more well known option. It did not disappoint. Ian was always available to take our calls and will always communicate changes etc. The gentlemen who work with them are

very professional and take care of your furniture and floors which I appreciated. No complaints from us!! Thank you!

We recently moved our entire household from Southern California to Connecticut, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience with the Beltmann Group, North American Van Lines. From the very first conversation, Alan, our main point of contact, was kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. He walked us

through the entire process, answered every question, and made what could have been a very stressful move feel calm and manageable. We are so thankful for his support and would work with him again in a heartbeat. Our driver, Phillip, along with Ernie, the lead local California mover, went above and beyond from the start. They came a day early to carefully inventory and prepare, which immediately put us at ease. On moving day, they and their team worked tirelessly with such positive attitudes and professionalism. Phillip kept us informed every step of the way as he traveled across the country, and his updates meant more to us than he probably knows. When the truck arrived in Connecticut, Phillip and the local team led by Raphael arrived right on time and handled the unloading smoothly and with great care. Everyone we worked with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely invested in making sure our move went well. Moving across the country is no small task, but the Beltmann Group and North American Van Lines turned a daunting experience into a truly positive one. We are deeply grateful to the entire team, especially Alan for their kindness, communication, and care. We couldn't have done this move without them and will always appreciate the incredible job they did. Thank you!

I don't normally write reviews, but my international move with Beltmann's was so horrible, I felt compelled to share my experience so anyone else can avoid using them. I had a large storage unit in Georgia full of furniture and boxes that I needed to move to a new home

in England. The company only sent two men, who didn't arrive until mid afternoon. They couldn't finish in time, so had to stay overnight and return the next day. I was shipping a grandfather clock, which I was told had to be specially crated and insured above and beyond the normal insurance quote. When my items arrived in the U.K., it emerged that the packers in Georgia never placed my leather sleeper sofa onto the shipping container. This was the largest item in my entire shipment. The company initially tried to blame me, saying I hadn't listed it on the inventory sheet. When I pointed out they required me to pay additional insurance because of its value, they then tried to say my 80-year old uncle had taken it (as he took a few other items). Two weeks later they finally emailed to say the sofa had been located in one of their warehouses, and they would have to ship it separately. On top of this, the packers in Georgia did a terrible job of wrapping the furniture for the move. On at least three other big items, the legs were broken off of a dresser; a leg broken off the dining room table; and the pendulum that should have been placed inside the special clock crate was tossed casually inside a plastic kiddie pool and is now permanently bent. They also lost the keys to the grandfather clock. Throughout the experience, they were unhelpful and unapologetic. It was only when I complained in an email that they agreed to cover the customs charge for the sofa. I regret using Beltmann's and cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

so i am a computer geek. i have lots of electronics and stuff. i moved from mn to nc and i am still looking for stuff months later. the people that packed my stuff up, i was told they were professionals and all. when they arrived,

well, they did not quite look professional. but that is an aside. they were nice to deal with. my guess is that i was charged 2500.00 to pack, they went to the community help organizations and paid them like $10 an hour and pocketed the rest. those packers were in NO WAY worth the almost 250 per hour i paid them to pack. not only did they do a bad job packing, when doing it, they spread a device, its attributed cords and accessories across several, if not each piece in a different box. one of my rokus, i found the remote in one box, the device in another, the remote in a third and i never found the god damn power cord. that is the same for 6 monitors, 4 tvs, 4 rokus, 4 surround sounds and 6 computers. for most devices i had to buy new power plugs because i cannot find them. when they unpacked too, it was embarrassing. the one guy that spoke english did not want to be there and kept trying to leave only to be pulled back by the driver. after an hour he tried to leave and the truck was barely touched. the other could not speak english at all and would take things and move them to random locations around. i would not consider using them again. it was bs and i could have found better prices ANYWHERE else. mostly i feel taken advantage of by them after, lastly, and in case you were wondering, they will not come back for the boxes unless you pay them a horrendous fee. i was quoted almost 1k to take the boxes they charged me a lot for. this company will leave you feeling just gross!

I have used North American Van Lines 6 times over the years and have had very few problems. I had a couple moves where there was only one or two things ruined. no big deal. Beltman Group, I think out of St. Mountain, Ga., broke or ruined

so many things because of their lousy packing. Several artificial flowers or greenery were totally ruined, and 5-6 lamp shades were bent beyond repair. The worst is a shattered stained glass picture. I won't use them again, nor will I recommend them. And they ended up delivering over a week longer than I was originally told, which added more to my cost of moving because of bringing friends/family to my end location to help unpack. They had to fly back out before the moving van got here.

I looked at 2 other moving companies and decided on Beltmann when moving from AZ to Indiana. Worst decision EVER!!! The sales guy came over to both of our houses and said sure, we can get everything in one semi. He actually saw ALL of our stuff,

and said they could do it in one. NOT. We paid to have one of their people pack up all of our stuff. NEVER EVER do that unless you're watching their every move. Seemed like a nice person, absolutely not trustworthy at all. We had all of our Indy 500 race flags stolen, the ones with AJ Foyt, Mario Andretti etc. signatures on them. Mom had an antique steamer trunk that had her wedding dress and prom dress, as well as her Mom's flapper dress, beaded evening shoes etc. in it. Her vintage watch her Dad gave her for high school graduation ... GONE. My things at the warehouse like patio furniture, half of it gone. Antique Christmas decorations. GONE. They filled up the trucks, and said oops, sorry, we can't get it in one. We'll pack up your other house and move it all to our warehouse, then we'll get it on the next semi that goes that direction. Actually, I think that was a ruse on the sales guy's part because of the things that NEVER made it to our home in Indiana. The 2nd semi that delivered the other 1/2 of our things delivered them without us being able to check them off of the inventory. Convenient for them so we didn't discover what was missing until the boxes were unpacked. Special code words on the boxes that signify "this box has expensive stuff in it so make sure it goes missing." ?? Not sure. Sales guy intentionally miscalculated what he was definitely sure would go in one truck? That way they HAD to store lots of things in their warehouse. Beltmann's response, well, did you check things off of the inventory sheet? Are you kidding me?? That's a joke unless you unpack every single box. What I am absolutely sure of ... NEVER ever use this moving company. Horrible experience.

They loaded and picked up in Los Angeles, CA on time but the delivery to Kirkland, WA was 8 days outside of the delivery window. Our delivery was promised 6/24-7/1 and arrived on 7/9. They also lost our credit card authorization form in DocuSign (not sure how this happens) and

were bugging me to fill it out unnecessarily. I called Carol 5x on different occasions and she chose to communicate with me over email only. Dustan told us the movers would reassemble the crib and desks but this didn't happen. They're supposedly going to give us a reimbursement for the delay which is why this review is 2 stars and not 1 star.

Utter disaster. We scheduled a move with Larry at Beltmann a month ahead of time. A day before our scheduled pickup he informed us that the driver had an emergency and and our move was cancelled. We later found out that he knew 24 hours prior to telling us this

and was required to inform us within two hours. He did not. He huffed and puffed and did nothing and pretended he was doing all he could. NorthAmerican VanLines could not even give us an idea of when another driver could come. Strangely the driver had already told us he had bumped us a couple times due to other orders being put on his docket (it was very difficult to get them to commit to a pickup date in the beginning and we had to reserve elevators, parking, get permits, and hotels). We ended up calling a competitor for the same price who is coming within a couple days. Beltmann was useless, Larry took no responsibility and there were no solutions offered at any time. THey had no back up plans and did not think of getting a solution through a competitor -which at least would have shown they actually cared. Customer service informed us that we were lied to by our Beltmann handler. DON'T USE THIS GROUP.
