We love the Zebulon Animal Hospital. Dr. Rose is the awesome. She takes personal care of our labs. The staff that work there are also wonderful.

Only reason I gave one is because you have to. Have taken our dog here for years, they were absolutely her health care provider. Had an emergency today and was refused to be worked in. Front desk Tara wouldn't even ask Dr Edward's if she could work her in.
They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves an animal hospital when they turn animals away needing the vets help. Worst loyal customer service I have ever experienced and I've been around 50+ years. Will be contacting vet. Board to file complaint and request they not be allowed to be called a hospital. Tara was rude and extremely abrupt and couldn't have cared less if my Dog dies!!!

This place is awesome, we recently lost our dog of 12 years & they treated us with so much care. We received a card today from them with our dogs nose & paw print... how sweet. This shows how much they go above & beyond your expectations. HIGH RECOMMEND THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL TO ANYONE!!!

These people have been amazing to my fur baby Munchkin. They treat her so good and so sweet to her. and she loves them. Never had any issues at all.

I don't understand the negative review. Husband and I have been taking our two cats and senior dog here for the past year. They are absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and obviously care about our pets.
Recently, my senior dog had to have some tests done and they estimated it might be about $900. It ended up being $600. Prices are very fair. I will continue to tell people to use Zebulon Animal Hospital.

Sad that one of only two reviews is 6 years old and from someone that apparently can't be pleased, if you look at his other reviews. Don't be scared by his review, this place is perfect in every aspect.

I LOVED this vet! I come from a small city where the only vet was an old man that seemed to hate his job and all of the animals, so I wasn't expecting much from this vet.

Boy was I blown away. I had Dr. Rose and Tisha, who both loved all over my friendly pup and gave him many compliments. They said my boyfriend and I were doing a great job with him. We needed quite a few things (vaccinations for kennel cough, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, concerns over him chewing his paw, and a good old checkup) so I expected the bill to be pretty high.

The total came up to $170, and they give every new customer a $40 coupon, so $130 for all the above. Not sure what Jim did to his pets that required $400. Dr. Rose gave me multiple options for prescriptions and always made a point to say outright, "It costs $XX." I will not hesitate to come back in 6 months and I'm sure my dog won't mind going back to get all of the rubs from everybody!

Another unnecessary but very appreciated perk - they use petly.com for customers to keep records of their appointments, vaccinations, and everything in between. It's free to use and I love being able to sign in to see when my dog last had X vaccination and if he's due for anything soon. Take your pet to Zebulon Animal Hospital, you will not regret it.

We came from out of town to visit family in Zebulon and brought our new rescue puppy for his first check up & shots. They scheduled us the next day which was very convenient. The front staff was welcoming & the waiting room clean, spacious. Tisha & Dr. Thomas were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. We appreciated the attention, time & care they took with us - also the follow up to make sure our puppy was okay! We highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for friendly, professional services & reasonable rates for great vet care. The first time client discount was a great bonus for us too. I want to star this review by saying that I can not say enough good things about Zebulon Animal Hospital. My fiancee and I share our home with four wonderful fur faces (plus a turtle!) so trips to the vet are very routine for us. We moved to Wendell a few years ago and needed a vet for our recently adopted cat who was having an eye problem. We could not have been any luckier to find the wonderful and caring Dr. Rose and her staff at the Zebulon Animal Hospital. They treat all of our little babes as if they were their own and we can tell that they want the best for them.

Recently our handsome brown tabby has been very under the weather and its been such a blessing having the whole ZAH team in his corner. He has had to spend a few days and nights on fluids while we get him on the road to recovery and they have been such a wonderful support system. When he has had to stay the day (or night) we call every few hours to check on him, Michelle and Tara are always more than happy to provide us with his current status. They have provided us with information and more importantly provided him with love and care. Our sweet boy loves the snuggles that he gets from Cece every single time he makes a visit. Today I called to check up on him and it made me so happy to hear that when Michelle went back to check on him he had everyone huddled around him supporting him.

From the bottom of our hearts we want to sincerely thank everyone at Zebulon Animal Hospital for everything they do for us!

If you love your animal you will not take them to Zebulon Animal Hospital. They want your money, not your pets health. I was charged $100 for a visit, then asked to come back the next day for a follow up, which they took upon themselves to administer a series of tests that I was told would be close to $400 After the fact!!! When I asked if I could pay half I the receptionist said she needed to ask the doctor, she returned immediately and said no, I need to pay all of it now. The doctor didn't even have the decency to come out and talk with me, yet instead chose to hide in the back.

Later upon doing my own research I found the information the staff gave me was not only incorrect & wrong, it could have killed my animal. So either they are complete liars or they don't know what they are doing, either way it is not a safe place to bring your pet.

Please ask a friend or neighbor or check the other reviews on yelp and never for any reason go here.
