Steve went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I got the engagement ring I wanted at the time I needed it. I came into the store on a Tuesday and wanted to have the ring in time for a Friday evening marriage proposal. Not only did Steve make that happen, he drove to Falls Church and back during rush hour on Friday afternoon to pick up the ring and deliver it TO MY DOORSTEP in Annapolis at 7:00 p.m., thirty minutes before I needed to leave for my surprise proposal. Very impressive!

I am a little disappointed in the communication with this shop. They sell a necklace I have wanted and on three separate occasions I have reached out to them. All three times I have been told they are out of the necklace and are currently in production making more and should be restocked "shortly" and I will be notified when they are. I have never received any notifications. My friends locally say great things about this store however I have yet to experience an even decent interaction.

Zachary's has gone above and beyond!! They've been amazing to work with, from the initial class ring order to graduation. This week they really came through, to help our daughter in a last minute need before commissioning. Erica has given personalized attention and prompt service! We couldn't be more impressed. Wish we had Zachary's in Florida.

Steve was just great and extremely patient and accommodating considering the many changes on proposal dates. He found me the perfect Emerald Cut Diamond I've been looking for and it is absolutely stunning!

My father and I visited this store in February 2017. We were looking to purchase a pair of diamond earrings for my mother for her birthday. We were greeted and helped by Gwen. Gwen was an absolute delight to work with. She did not rush us, nor did we feel pressure to buy anything. She listened to what we were looking for, showed us several options and took the time to explain the differences between the earrings we were looking at (cut, color, price, etc). We picked a beautiful pair of earrings. My mother loves them and wears them every day. The customer service in this store was superb. We would most certainly return!

I picked out my USNA class ring stone from Zachary's because I was really leaning towards tanzanite, but just wasn't seeing the color I wanted from the ring vendor at school. Cheryl was amazing - she kept in contact with me about when more tanzanite would be in and made sure I still got the student discount, even though I couldn't get in to purchase the stone until a day or two after the sale technically ended (which saved me a good chunk of money). I never felt pressured to get an expensive stone and she even showed me a lot of different options to suit a smaller budget. She also helped me with a lot of questions I had about a family ring and keeping it in good condition while I was in there.
I got my ring from the vendor right before leaving for spring break...and then got sent home before I could drop it off. My parents were able to take it by later in the summer, but due to COVID restrictions, I have been unable to leave the yard to pick it up. They immediately offered to walk it over to the yard for me and Mrs. Samaras brought it to me directly today! It's even more beautiful than I imagined and the stone itself is gorgeous and cut so perfectly to bring in light to show off the purple undertones.
I couldn't be happier with my stone, my ring, and the amazing customer service, especially during these confusing times. Zachary's made my first big "adult" purchase the easiest purchase I've made.

I bought my Naval Academy ring, engagement ring and wedding bands here. Very honest and worked with me when I had to return and resize things. Great costumer service, they make it very easy and will always polish up the ring you bought here for free. Definitely the place to buy if you are planning to stay local.

My fiancé and I couldn't be happier with our experience at Zachary's. He purchased my engagement ring here in September of 2017, and worked with Erol (not sure of spelling). They sat down and designed a ring that he was happy with, and the quality is amazing. I wasn't there at the time but my fiancé says that he was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We just went back and worked with Paige for our wedding bands. She was very kind and patient while we asked a bunch of questions. I was on the fence of whether I even wanted a wedding band since I love my ring so much by itself. Well Paige was never pushy about it at all! She just wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We took about a week to decide and then dropped my engagement ring off so the band would match the diamonds on my engagement ring exactly. I told them I really wanted to minimize the time I was without my engagement ring and they said it would be about a week they would need it. I followed up about 5 days later to see if I could pick up my engagement ring but it wasn't ready yet. We had dropped off late
Friday and I called on Wednesday so it was totally reasonable that it wouldn't be ready yet. They said it would be another couple dsys. I was surprised when they called early the next day and said I could pick it up. Thinking I was just grabbing my engagement ring, I popped into the store. Not only was my engagement ring there and perfectly repolished, cleaned, and brand new looking, but my wedding band (custom made to match my ring) was ready too! Wow! I was shocked!

We would highly recommend Zachary's to anyone about to make a jewelry purchase! The staff was a pleasure to work with, and were so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much for making this experience so wonderful for us!

We worked with Steve a few years ago to add some diamonds to my engagement ring and create a new wedding band. The end result was stunning and the level of attention and service is unparalleled. Steve was always immediately responsive to questions and requests even though this was a relatively small purchase. I feel compelled to write this long-overdue review because I just called to ask for a copy of my appraisal; the response was immediate and professional, even though I was not making a purchase. I live out of state, but will always be a loyal customer. I cannot recommend this business and the staff highly enough. If I could give a 10 star Yelp recommendation, I would.

Excellent upscale jewelry store that continues to provide excellent customer service. Zachary's was my first jewelry store stop in pursuit for my wife's engagement ring. Thankfully, it was my last stop as I found the staff to be extremely helpful, patient, and understanding for a novice jewelry buyer.

Erica (who usually works at the other location) and Hind were extremely helpful laying out a variety of loose diamonds that matched my request (price point and size). They were able to explain what to look for in each diamond so I understood and could visually see what clarity, cut, and color was in each stone. When looking at the setting options I stated I liked a combination of 2 settings and they offered to custom design and create a setting for me. After trading a few emails of CAD designs they were able to create exactly what I was looking for.

I've used Zachary's for her engagement ring, wedding band, diamond bracelet, necklace, and earrings. She liked all the selections and they were competitively priced.
