I can't even give this place one star but not sure if it will record my review if I don't,

Don't eat here, don't go here. Just by pass this place.

We should have known better then to stop here since it was a Saturday morning and the parking lot was pretty empty. Customer service was pretty non-existent. Multiple people hanging around talking in the kitchen. My Hash browns were cold, pancakes lukewarm so that even the butter didn't melt. The only thing good was that the omelet was warm.

And let's not even talk about the peek-a-boo hole in the bathroom (see picture).

Went here for the first time after living in the area for 3.5 years. It'll be our last time. There were literally two customers, us, and my food was served barely room temperature. The pancakes weren't even hot enough to melt butter. Our se4ver wax nice, but that was the only positive.

Food was great .. service even better.

One woman was serving the whole place.. she was super rad , very sweet and pleasant! We thank you miss. You did a great job

Freezing cold inside, waitress had to wear a hoodie inside I guess it's time to find a new place for breakfast

My food tasted awful, and the syrup tasted moldy. Definitely a waste of money, was very disappointing

First things first.....the service is TERRIBLE! I've been here two separate times and both were awful experiences. I don't know who trains the wait staff but they are like none other I have ever seen. Management must be just as terrible to have let this go on for so long. If you do come here, be prepared to have a waiter/waitress who rarely checks on you, doesn't refill your drinks, and forgets to bring you the condiments that she herself offered.
The food is mediocre at best. We ordered a cheeseburger and fries that left much to be desired. The cheeseburger left a pool of grease all over the plate, and I could have counted the number of fries I was given on two hands.
If this is the kind of establishment you are wanting to eat at, I suggest driving across town and going to Denny's. Don't waste your time at IHOP.

They were 40 minutes late to hand me my DoorDash order. Not busy at all so I'm confused why they take so long. As someone who has worked in food service it's just sad how bad they are. And on top of it the host is mid. Not accepting another order here ever no cap fuck this place

Tried to have dinner here unsuccessfully. Waited at front of restaurant to be seated, place was almost completely empty. Almost thought they were not open. So decided to just sit down at a booth close to the front with my 3 young kids because usually they let you sit wherever when its empty. Eventually some employee (only one) older man, who didn't even come over to us called from across the room we can't sit were we were.. that we need to wait at the front until we are seated.

Guy look somewhat unkept, so wasn't sure if they were actually someone to listen too. Or just some random person? I tried to apologize and explain we waited and the kids needed to sit. He continued to show his distain for us not following the rule of the restaurant. He pointed to a small sign that said 'wait to be seated' as he got red in the face. I tried explaining I am sorry, I have these kids, the place was empty I thought i was helping by choosing a seat...

It was just very weird and unpleasant experience, we waited at the front of the restaurant then for awhile. It became clear that we either weren't going to be seated or we were just gonna be treated so poorly, we just left. I have been here for breakfast before and loved it, wait staff in the AM is great but wouldn't recommend going in the evening because of this employee, just awful explaining this to my kids.

This place was Horrible, couldn't get waited on even tho the place was empty. Waited far too long to have the waiter sit down in the booth across from us to take our order....couldn't get decafe coffee brought to us as promised...breakfast was cold, eggs were pulverized & didn't get the 55+ discount after waiting forever to get it....watched the manager & staff standing around doing nothing but kibitzing...will NEVER be back...this place is a joke!
