This location is the worst one around, I'm so glad I chose not to work here! They always have the worst customer service, management and crew members are always horse playing and talking loud while saying obscenities in front of customers. The dining room is constantly dirty, and bathrooms are apparently not cleaned regularly like they're supposed to be. They need to hire some new employees because they treat this place like a playground and not like a JOB! They seem like they just don't care about the workplace and it's just sad. The food always takes forever especially after 6/7 PM. My nuggets were good but that's only because the person ahead of me ordered two 50 piece nugget boxes so they were made fresh. And the pies were good, but not hard to mess up considering they just have to bake them in the oven. Sorry to hate on this place but I'm just speaking the truth!

FYI: This review is for anyone considering a job opportunity a McDonald's on Turney Rd. My daughter just left a position there for unfair treatment. If have a social condition or are a teen most likely you going to be mistreated. There is a lot of yelling at the workers by the Supervisor/manager. I spoke to the owner he referred to the employee as "those people ". He is more worried about making money than how the staff is being treated. Be careful before taking a job there. If you do speak up for yourself. If anyone else had a bad experience please post.

Such a GREATTTT place, ordered a cheese burger large meal, the service here is outstanding, a nice young man took the time out of his day to make sure everything I got was correct for me. 10/10 would go here again and the managers here are great and the place is great. The ambiance and vibe here is always bright and is totally a safe place to bring your kids!

I never read reviews prior to leaving my own. But I'm always concerned why the business has one star. But when I order my food. I get 5 star service and food.
I was greeted professionally via intercom. I was served quickly at both windows.
My food tasted great. I had no problems. So why does this place have low stars. This question needs to be answered by the owner. Because I don't see it.

literally the only person in line and they still fucked up my dinner box didn't put any fries how do u mess up a dinner box pure incompetence

I ordered a large fry WITHOUT salt. I received a large fry DOUSED in salt, and they were cold. The roof of my mouth feels greasy. They had so much salt that my tongue is burning. I have high blood pressure!!!! I tried calling them 3 times....no answer!

Two Fridays in a row and both times received fish sandwiches that were old.
like they were sitting around and enough tarter sauce for 6 sandwiches on one. Won't come back 3 times.

I went today to the one on Rockside,ordered the sausage/egg cheese McGriddle,with a black coffee.Menu board said$6.19.Come to the window and the cashier from hell with the bad acne,said $6.48.I said no,it's $6.19!!! in a very rude and condescending tone,she said," that's if you get a pop,you have an upgrade.What!!!! I said instead of holding up this line,go get your manager.He brought his flaming self to the window and said "$6.48!! I said she already said that.It's $6.19 on the board.He had the nerve to say that the coffee is extra."I said then what makes it a meal?" He grunted swirled his head,and gave it to me for the corrected price.Unbeknownst until afterwards,flaming dude took the order,but charged me for a medium coffee,in which I didn't ask for,so the polite young man who handed me my order,said,we already had the medium fixed,so you can have this.Instead of the flaming manager just explaining his own mistake,he wants to get an attitude.I realize that fast food workers are a hot commodity right now,but some of the ones that work at these places have taken rude to a whole new dimension,simply because they know as long as they show up,they won't get fired.I definitely won't visit this place again,

Changed ownership a few months back. Believe it or not, it got WORSE!

McDonald's customer service sucks at many locations but none are as worst as this one on Turney Rd. in Garfield Heights. Any further comment from me would violate Yelps guidelines.
