Wish I could leave NO STARS . . .
Called for an appointment, was told Erin was booked. No offer for another stylist, no offer for another day . . . just silence. Said I would never be back and the response was . . . "OK" . . .
It is refreshing to see a business in such a small town is doing so well it can watch customers walk out the door and never come back. There must be a few other local business that could use this business model and turn a profit . . .

I just had my hair done by Ms. Sandy this evening and I can't say enough great things about my experience. My entire family, even dad, go to sandy. I went and got a partial highlight and a light dusting on the ends of my hair. sandy was knowledgeable and so friendly. they got me in last minute to get my hair done, it was starting to look really golden. I'll attach a picture below of her beautiful work. 5/5 stars!

I was an out-of-towner, staying with family nearby. The humidity was so bad, I felt I needed professional help! They were friendly, flexible, and very accommodating. We were thrilled to leave looking fabulous :)))))

I came in as a walk in today because I didn't want to go to a discount salon, and fortunately they were right there. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and I was taken right away. The pedicure was great and my technician was very nice. It was definitely a pleasant change to have a decent conversation. The only complaint that I have is that I have long legs and the chair did not move back so I was a little cramped. I will go back :)

I went there while I was on vacation for my birthday. Thinking a spa would be better than the discount nail salons. It was a nice setting, inexpensive with no wait for my appointment. However the manicure was horrible. After two days it looks like a need a new polish. Gel does not go to the cuticle and uneven. She hurt me while she was filing and doing the cuticle which she barely touched. Then at the end she massaged one hand well and the other barely at all. Overall dissatisfied. I go to Thurmont where my cabin is often but will not go back to the 'spa'.
