      Indulgent and delicious!

Wurstbar is my go-to when there's a big event on TV. It's indulgent enough to feel special but doesn't leave you feeling gross or weighed down after.

I highly recommend one of their chicken sandwiches. They're hands-down one of the best you'll find in the area. They're massive too - in size and flavor.

Another great menu item is the Brussels sprouts. I know a lot of places have them. But, Wurstbar has some of the best. Then again, peanut sauce usually makes everything better.

Also try their delicious dogs. Each one I've tried has been stellar.

The only knock I have is that they forget our bread pudding in the order. Not a big deal. We just can't wait to give it a try one day.

Second time at the Wurstbar. We came around 6pm on a Sat and luckily there was still a 2-top open. Service was good.
We had Mexican corn dogs to start. There are 3 dogs to a portion and I really like queso fresco and chili lime sauce.
My husband had the El Cubano dog which he said was very tasty albeit messy to eat. I went with the wurst plate - choosing german bratwurst and smoked vermont cheddar brat. I love the cheddar brat. Next time I might just get 2 of those. They serve with housemade kraut and carmelized onions.
The waiter told us the 1st time we went the sausages were made in house. They are good.
We also got some fries with garlic aioli.
Overall, a nice meal and very reasonably priced. We will be back!

Great place near grove street. Both sandwiches were perfectly cooked and freshly prepared. Servers were very friendly, and the service was quick.

Really spacious bar, with friendly staff. We came for a couple of drinks and ordered some wings. Drinks were nicely made, the wings were good but didn't like the flavor that we chose. We ordered the Thai chili wings, and it was on the sweet side which we didn't expect it to be. They have a barcode for the beer menu. They also have a (4p-7p) weekday happy hour which we are hoping to try soon.

This place was a cute little chill spot. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was perfect! It was not overcrowded at all and we were greeted upon entrance. We were told we could sit wherever we felt comfortable.

Our server was very attentive and polite. We were given water without having to ask and given silverware before getting our meals. we ordered the brotherly love and two chicken sandwiches.
Brotherly love was very filling on its own , I can see why it's one of their favorites here. It was very tasty and flavorful not too salty. The fries were a little dry for my preference but it didn't take away from the taste. I had the sandwich which is spicy and it was delicious and huge. These sandwiches don't need any side orders because they're that filling. my friend had the honey sandwich which also was a big piece of chicken. She said it was tasty however, a little bit spicy.

Overall, I would definitely come again, especially because it seems like they're known for their hotdogs !

The sausages here are amazing! The service is a bit slow which is the main reason for it not being 5 stars. The ambiance here is very casual. Some long wooden tables for groups or sharing and some 4 seater tables.

My group of 4 started with the beer hall pretzel (large but a little dry), fried cheese curds (not a lot of cheese inside - they were basically hollow), and Brussels sprouts (delicious but small portion). My boyfriend and I split the rancho grande, John popper (subbed kielbasa for the chicken sausage) and hot diggity dog. All of them were delicious and huge but our favorites were the rancho grande and hot diggity dog. The hand cut fries were also thick but still crispy which I loved.

I loved the topping combos for the sausages and can't wait to come back to try more and the poutine!

      Updated review

Updated Review! This place is so amazing it is legit worth doing a 2nd review on. The details of the place itself, can be found in the 1st review.

The food....the food was so good our friends were dancing in their chairs eating it. Not from music, but from Food Joy, lol.

We had Hot Diggity Dog, Picnic Table, Maui Bow Wowie, El Cubano, Truffle Loaded Fries, Bitburger Pilsner, Elderflower Euphoria, & the Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned. EVERYTHING was perfection!! There was no "weakest link" in the mix here.

Great time here! The server we had was super nice and patient with all of our questions (my friend is gluten free and had a bunch of questions about which specific ingredients make it not GF and if she could alter etc), we also were not rushed at all but the server was always available which is just ideal. We got the mini corn dogs, fries, Brussels sprouts and a pain sausage (no bun to be gluten free). Overall everything was really great.

Wurstbar has been on my list for a while. My friend and I stopped by during happy hour on a Friday night. It wasn't too packed and we were seated immediately. We shared fries and each got a glass of wine from the happy hour menu. For my entree, I got the vegan version of New Delhi curry wurst and my friend got the rancho grande sausage. I loved the spice and aroma of flavors in my sandwich. I liked the incorporation of cashews to add some crunch to the meal. The rancho grande also had a nice spice kick. My only issue was both of our sandwiches fell apart so fast and we had to eat with a fork.

Left - rancho grande Middle - New Delhi curry wurst vegan Right - fries with truffle aioli
