As a first time customer today, my lasting impression is they are more concerned with money than providing care for patients. From the moment I scheduled appointment, filling out forms, signs posted throughout office, and conversations all pointed to paying office fees and co-pays.

When they discovered I hadn't fully met my co-pays deductible for the year, they charged me 4x my co-pay amount. Then referred me to an outside x-ray vendor where I would yet again be charged another co-pay.

Interesting part of this is I never got to see the doctor. Everything described above happened with office staff -- and not once did doc look at my foot.

On top of that - all said and done I was there nearly 2 hours...for nothing. I requested total refund of my $106 co-pay which they did without any hassle.

Nice folks - just didn't get that loving feeling as a patient. I'm sure doc does fine work ---just never got to find out.
