Explain to me why HAYLEE the GROOMER thought it was acceptable to contact my veterinarian office when she performed NO services on my dog?

The vet also did not think highly of her when receiving the call about our dog (who was groomed by a competitor).

A cute spot with just what I needed. Was looking for something for my pups 1st birthday, initially picked up some decorated treats but then the nice lady at the register pointed out the cakes in the refrigerator as well as the birthday hats just as I was ready to pay. It was perfect!

Took our puppy to this place and they did an amazing job . Plus everyone that was working was super nice. My mini-goldendoodle puppy hair was a mess and I knew he was going to need to be shave . The Groton we talk to us for a bit and I asked her if she need to that to do it and she said ok . You she. To authorize that ahead. They gave all the information up front that you need including prices .
Our puppy came like a new dog and it was perfect .
We would be coming back !

My stepdaughter has a cute dog, so I came into Woof Gang to check out a few things....There are very well labelled areas for toys, treats, grooming, etc.

I loved seeing the donuts, cookies and treats for pets, they looked so yummy, almost good for a human to eat ! Great setup !

The worst customer service the front desk worker (blonde curly hair) will argue with customers. I made an appointment two hours ago and had to cancel due to family emergency I call them to let them know I had to cancel and they charged me 50$ 24 hour cancellation fee. I just made the appointment TWO HOURS ago. This was the last chance I give them prior to this happening they decided to cut my Poms hair however they wanted she was not even a year old yet anyone who has a Pomeranian knows you can't give them such a big cut before turning one because they don't have their adult fur. This place has gone down hill and down hill fast. The customer service is nonexistent here they just want to take all your money. Do not take your dog here. Google woof gang you will see abuse stories regarding this company.

I just love this groomer at Woof Gang in Fort Lauderdale. My dog, Rocky, has never looked so good. The store has the most amazing treats too. Rocky had a fun filled day. Definitely five star.

I took my dog yesterday for a mini grooming but she came back the same without being trimmed, when I dropped her off I told the groomer to trim her belly, around her head and her tail I was very disatisfied.

Raphael did an amazing job on my dog. She came out looking fabulous! I love that you book an appointment and that my big dog with very long white hair can be in and out in two hours. She usually finds grooming very stressful but she was very happy here.

Stay away unless you want to be taken advantage. They charged me $140 to shave down my cocker who had NO Matt's. When I asked why so much the very Nast employee Hailey told me because it had been a year since I had been there. We took her to another groomer during that time. When I got upset she mocked me and accused me of abusing my dog for letting her grow out. UNBELIEVABLE. Don't ever take your pets there or buy any dog cakes or treats. I have spent plenty of money there and this is how they treat their customers.

I have taken my dogs to several groomers in Fort Lauderdale over the years but this place really stands out for the care they provide our dogs. Not only are they great groomers but they are very attentive to the well being of our dogs if they have any infections etc that we are not aware of then they will recommend us to keep an eye on it so we are extremely pleased with this place and can highly recommend Woof Gang in Fort Lauderdale to anyone!
