Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Ashburn

We love this place. Our dog Arya enjoys going here for grooming. Firstly it is so easy to get an appointment and the staff calls you a day before the appointment to remind you, which is great. Arya, is a German shepherd mix and has double coat, she sheds round the year. This place does a very good job at deshedding. It has been a savior for us.
Rarely we noticed issues like not trimming the nails properly. But otherwise it has always been a great experience.
They carry several dog food brands, Arya loves the Orijen treats.
Parking is in the back side of the building, usually there are ample slots available.
We usually call them a week in advance to get the grooming slot.

I decided to try Woof Gang when our regular groomer was closed. I called in the morning and asked if I could walk in later that day to get a nail trim and they were able to take us in at noon on the same day. Making the appointment was super easy but I was even more impressed with the speed they were able to trim my dog's nails. I waited 10 minutes (maybe less). I checked my dog's nails and I hate to admit this but they did a better job than my regular groomer. Lol! They were also significantly less expensive. I'll have to come here more often.

Went there for a doggie birthday cake. I walked in and asked the worker when those cakes were baked and how long they had been sitting out....she looked at me said I don't know. I am not sure. Maybe a week? How can you sell a cake or anything and not know where or when the cake was baked? How can I feel safe to feed my dog? I tried to push the cake and the doggie cake is hard as a rock. Do not recommend to get food from here.

The groomer always gives my babies great hair cuts. I never seem to have a hard time booking an appt with this business. Usually I can get a appt during the same week I book it and around the time I need them. I'm not sure how she does it when the surrounding groomers are booked up and the rates are pretty similar. I will say I have two Yorkies so maybe that's the reason for the ease of Appts however, I still am unable to to l get same week Appts with the competitors. I definitely recommend this business to any pet owners in the surrounding area for sure!! Good luck.

No stars. Never had a good experience. I tried them just to give them the benefit of doubt, but always left the place in disgust. Front desk attitude is over the roof and always make us feel like we don't take good care of our pets. Makes sense that we don't if we continue to send our pet to this location. He never gets his nails trimmed, always gets a complete shave down, cuts sometimes and my pet always left the place in fear.

I continually use WGB&G's services for my boy Toby. We had two fur babies when we began coming here. Toby's sister, Spencer. Both babies are picky and can be a handful--but they were both rescues, so it's understandable.

On meeting their groomers, they made it a point to keep our pets comfortable. Their styling for my pets (now 'pet') has always been crisp and clean.

The store is located near my home, so you have to admit, that convenience you can't balk at. Clean and well stocked, I doubt that I'd go anywhere else to get my pet's needs met. To include their banging salon services.

Things to bear in mind:

-CAN be pricey, honestly though, you get what you pay for in most instances; but their salon services are always booked! However they can and will work out a time to accommodate you.

-Products are various but again, pricey. LOTS of choices of dried foods, like: Liver, Hearts, Chicken Jerky and baked goods

IF you have a forked that's starting to look like a Muppet.... consider this place. Even if it's just a trial run? I think you won't regret it.

Love this place! We have family who live in the area so we take our dog to get groomed here when we are in town. That's how great it is. We have tried places near us and weren't impressed. We have an 80 pound golden doodle but they handle him with ease. Woof Gang always has availability. Whenever we call we are able to get an appointment, even on short notice. They always do a great job and our pup comes back looking exactly how we requested. The staff is very friendly. They have lots of great treat options, which makes it easy to get something for your pup after his appointment.

Everything was great from first greeting to beautiful cur for my Maltese. I will be back!!

First time here, I took my 2years old boy for nail clip and teeth brushing. Everything was $15 and they do curbside pickup. They were doing so fast like about 10 mins. They did a good job!!

The worst place to take your pet to. The staff is super rude!! They have always been overcharging us without giving us a heads up. The women who work there don't care and when asked to talk politely, all she said was I don't care if you don't come to us next time! This is what happened today. The last time we took our poodle there, a lady called us saying they had to shave him off completely ( which let me tell you is the easiest thing for the groomer to do and also charge a hefty amount for no reasoning)! When told her that we brush him often; all she said by raising her voice is 'you do not take care of you pet'! hello!! Who the heck can tell a pet parent that? And when said I personally comb him every second day, she kept screaming you need to comb every single day!! This is how they have been treating their customers. Even after all the worst past experiences we had over all our previous visits, today when we went to pick our pet the lady (who I guess was also the groomer) said - next time you guys come need to come in early. When a time frame of 2-3 hours was given, they expect us to come after 2 hours as soon as they call us. When said we were at work and it takes time to come (which was exactly 40mins after the call) she said we are not a boarding facility to keep your dog here!!! The worst we ever encountered at any grooming service center ! And when said we were still giving them business even after having such bad experiences in the past, she rudely said - I don't know. You don't have to get your pet here next time then! These buggers are such insensitive folks. They don't know how to be polite to their customers. Every single person in our community has had the same bad experiences with them and we still wanted to take chance and take our pet there. But this the last ever!!
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! You will never find the same groomer there. They all run away from this place. I'm sure even the people who work there are not interested at all in their work and that shows everytime the groomers keep changing. A big thumbs down to this place. Save your money and also your self respect by not giving business to such insensitive guys! I will never take my pet there again with the fear of him being harmed by them the next time!
