Wingstop

Hello hello and HI...... It's been a while since I posted and I promise I am going to finish the year out stronger than ever. But as you can see I am back on Wingstop. I don't like giving out a 1 star but..... oh well

Let's start with the chicken. I ordered a 10 piece, the flavor was good but 2 of the wings were not edible at all. I forgot to snap a photo of them. For one my mouth was burning.... lol (that's a good thing, I like spicy foods), and two, I was busy trying to dig through my fries to find some that I could eat.
Y'all (in my true southern voice), these were the worst fries In the country... Not just this store, the whole damn chain... I reported on the horrible fries at the location in Forney TX. I didn't call out the location on Sawdust Rd. Which is on the same street as this one and I didn't call out the location on the North side of Houston, the Woodlands, and Conroe. Oops I just did. Some of these locations chicken is good but the fries are horrible and you add to the fact that wingstop no longer serves the beans! Smh....

I really hope they figure this fry thing out.

The wings don't taste good and the spiciest flavor isn't spicy at all. I ordered the 3 spiciest flavors. The fries were a little soggy

Online ordering is never available for use. The quality of the wings has really gone down and wouldn't recommend. Definitely searching for a better place.

Ok, this review is solely on the fact that there was a sewer issues and the man was cleaning it. All while they are cooking as well, and yes, we wanted to dine in. I don't think this was a safe environment for this to happen while cooking at the same time. Not cool.

Ordered 30 wings yesterday on 09/13/23. Picked up wings as soon they were ready but god they were so dry overcooked and tasted like they were made out of wood

I picked my order and was missing the large cajun corn i payed for, when i went up there the manager made me pay again and said i should of called, that's horrible service considering I'm a regular customer!

Read all the reviews firs!!! I'd give zero stars if I could but you can only select one. Tonight they forgot my chicken sandwich and when I called the manager,she was rude and said because I ordered through the app I had to call the 800 number to get a refund. Went through the app and it wasn't easy.. still waiting on a $6 refund. Don't care about the money.. the customer service is terrible here. My Son reminded me why we don't order from them. Last time we were missing cheese fry's. Then I didn't care enough to complain or ask for a refund. I'll never order from here again.

Just felt need for wings, a friend lives in area for 20 years has never tried wing stop. Service was friendly and on Time with walk in order. Wing sizes were larger then average and had good taste with proper temperature. Prices were little higher and veggies portions were not large. Place appeared clean, while we visited during lunch time. Will probably return and recommend to others. There is parking outside business and is family friendly.

Yeah, I'll never do that again. Geez, it could not get any worse. From cold food, to the way the location smells, to the ridiculously long wait after you order, to the weird food coloring in their Buffalo sauce. Yeah, it's a hard pass for me. Barf. I learned my lesson real quick.

Food is usually OK but the service is horrible. Delivery: I'm always missing items. Take out: it's a long wait and the staff seems to always be undermanned and in crisis mode.

3/28/23 at 1045 pm attempted to call this wing stop 3 times with no answer, live very close to location so I drove over where it clearly says open till midnight on the door, walked in and to my surprise there are no customers, so too busy to answer the phone was not it, theses guys were clearly avoiding work. When I walked in I asked to order a 20 piece bone in wing, the employee laughed and turned to the other employee and said he said he wants to order wings as if that was a problem both employees looked at me as if I was crazy. I then asked you are open till 12 correct ? I was told that the cashiers only work till 11 so they were unable to take my order in the store. But all the fryers were up and they had no plans on making any wings for the remainder of the night clearly. Both employees treated me and my wife as if we should have known this. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life, like pathetic with total disregard to the customer. I actually felt disrespected. If I could give negative stars I would. I started to order online just to make them work but after seeing how they responded to me wanting to order there was no way I would eat anything those employees was making. I'm betting if you order after they feel like cooking who knows what they will do to your food. Avoid this location at all cost, much better service Sawdust and in Conroe. I'd say the Rayford location needs some serious training for there employees for there customer service. I'm not the type to show up 10 mins before closing time, but there were supposedly open for another hour. Crazy I was told the cashier is off at 11 and it was not even quite 11 yet. I give credit where credit is due, I try and leave fair reviews but this 1 star is not a fair review, it's a favorable one, this place should be negative 2 at least. Worst employees on the planet. Service was so bad I wish I had the free time to stand out front with a don't stop here sign.
