I called and ordered roses for my Husband for our 5 year anniversary. It was cheaper to order a dozen roses than just the 5 that I asked for. The bouquet arrived to him within about an hour and a half and they were beautiful.

Everytime I need flowers I come to this place because they make the best arrangements. Their roses are also really good quality. I can tell they take their time to work on their bouquets. I have also experienced some of the best customer service from them. They are one of the best small business shops in Chula Vista and I hope they never close down.

Worst place to ordered flower delivery!! Cancelled on me twice the day of. The most unreliable flower shop I've ever used. Do yourself a favor and never order from them.

I order flowers for my church to send to those who are sick and for funerals. Windy's always has beautiful arrangements and plants. Their service is always punctual. We won't go anywhere else in Chula Vista.

Update: It is WORSE in person. It certainly does NOT have more flowers in the delivered arrangement than the advertised arrangement. The advertised picture has at least FOUR lavender roses-- it was delivered with THREE MISMATCHED roses. Not even in the same tone: one purple, one pink, and one dark red. They looked like leftovers. Additionally, the advertised arrangement has at least SIX Coral Hypericum and the delivery had THREE. The ornamental kale should have been replaced with flowers not filler fern. I called to order this over the phone and should have been told you had almost NONE of the flowers in the arrangement. Why agree to make it if you CANNOT? Keep your upgrade, I'd never order from Windy's again.
Take a look at the picture, Yelpers. I paid $91.80 for that including delivery. Forget what was advertised-- Is that what you'd expect for NINETY ONE DOLLARS?

My favorite place for flowers. Roses are so beautiful and the people there are so friendly. Been going here since college and those flowers worked because I'm now married and the wife will still get flowers from here.

They make and design beautiful flower arrangements. They are wonderful to work with. My husband has ordered all my flowers from Wendy's for many years. I am always amazed how beautiful the arrangements are and how long the flowers last. They take the extra care to insure I receive my delivery by calling if no one answers the door. That's great service!

Received a beautiful bouquet from windy's for Valentine's Day. It's breathtaking! And still looking great several days later.

This used to be my favorite place to pick up flowers for my mom... I would go every month ... but a few months ago they had a young man behind the counter. He was very unpleasant and not very nice. I miss the ladies that were there. They were so helpful and made sure my mom's flowers were dressed nice with babies breath accents and ribbon. The young did not do this .. needless to say I will not return. Also the parking lot has glass and trash that has been there for months.

She was awesome! My wife and I needed a flowers last minute and she definitely came through. Her service and kindness was a huge blessing. When I said last minute I meant last minute. We needed flowers for a court house wedding that was within the hour. she is awesome!
