Wilson Flower Shoppe

Attached is a picture of a $150 total order. Looks fancy, was for my anniversary and my wife is worth it so what the heck. Well that is what showed up in comparison and also no balloon. This is the third time we have had an awful experience with this vendor. First two times we went through an online vendor that used them, we complained and was told to go direct. I did that and it was worse. They just don't care at all. $30 at Walmart and I have the same arrangement. Never again! Awful, awful company

I called regarding getting flowers and having the shop arrange them for me. I got prices no problem per flower when I called the first timer. Between the 1st call and the 2nd call I had decided to design my arrangements myself to save money but obviously still needed a florist to provide flowers. I called again to reconfirm prices and asked if I could come in tomorrow to look and talk with them more (I wanna know how big a bunch is and a stem and all that) and they told me come in tomorrow 11:30. Then when I mentioned I just wanted to buy wholesale she told me that if I am not going to work with them to not come in because I'd be "wasting their time." I told her I still may work with them I just wanted to come in and see how big the flowers are and how big bunches and stems are to see if I can buy enough with my budget. She then told me well they aren't open to the public. I was appalled at the level of customer service. I still would've been a customer buying business from them whether they put in labor or just ordered flowers for me.
Don't go here. They're unprofessional as heck and completely ridiculous! I would never speak to a potential client the way she spoke to me.

My family received flowers from this place, and I started noticing soon after we got the arrangement that the flowers wilted and turned brown with in a few days, as I changed out the water I noticed why. They cut the stems so short that they didn't reach the water, so the arrangement didn't last anytime at all.

Don't waste your money here! My sweet husband ordered a bouquet to surprise me at work for my birthday. But he was very disappointed when he saw what I got. The arrangement does not look anything like the one he ordered online! But instead I got a small bouquet with only 2 roses and mainly carnations with other small flowers. When he called them back and questioned it, they admitted they're not the same and simply offered either to send a new bouquet again tomorrow (really?!) and/or giving him some credit to order more flowers (and who wants to do that after this experience?!). Stay away from this place or you'll be disappointed.

My son (from Seattle) ordered mother's day flowers from Wilson. They substituted flowers for the orchids that they ordered. When I called and asked what was ordered (because I doubted my children would order me orange flowers, they said that the orchids weren't in, so that was what I got). My son called from Seattle after seeing the picture. Wilson called saying they made another arrangement with the flowers that I ordered. When I went to pick up the re-done order, they were rude and did not apologize for their error. I will never use them again.

Couldn't be happier with corsage. I've used this florist several times and have been thrilled with the final product. They were super nice and creative. I had corsages made on bracelets for two different proms. Brought in photos of some I liked and they made great suggestions on how to make them special.

Beautiful arrangement, however the customer service is not good! I am not sure they want business. Very rude to walk in customers!

Called to arrange a Mother's Day delivery and was less than underwhelmed. When I asked what flowers looked good today, I got a one word answer, "Roses". No thanks, I'll go elswhere to someone who seems at least engaged in their business.
