I'm still very new to yoga, but I truly cannot say enough great things about this place! It's a great place to unwind while strengthening your body. Most importantly, I feel very comfortable here and it is truly a judgment free zone. Each instructor has offered plenty of movement modifications so you can make the practice your own and challenge your body in the way best for you. It's also a new spot so the facilities are very modern and clean. I'm hooked!

I love yoga, but I definitely do not practice as much as I would like or should. My girlfriend on the other hand practices a lot. She is a certified yoga instructor and had the luck to do her training in India.
I came here this past weekend to take a Warm Yin Deep Stretch Yoga class as part of their Yoga Fest. The class was free. I have no complaints about my instructor Caity. She demonstrated all the stretches, gave variations, offered assertive touch, and was good.
The class consisted of 7 or 8 long and deep stretches for about 3 minutes each or 90 seconds per side. The floor was clean and there were blocks, straps, and rugs for use. I brought my own mat, but they have some for rent or sale. My girlfriend told me they are $3 per rental. I think that is a bit much as after 10 uses you could replace it with a brand new one.
The studio itself was not too large. The class fits about 12-14 comfortably. I have an extra long and wide mat since I am a big guy, so I kind of throw things off a bit. Sorry about that.
The Leland location has a good vibe and people are nice. My girlfriend comes here a lot and she really enjoys it.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
