Wilmington City Roofing

This had to be the worst interaction I've had with a contractor. I called them out to do an estimate and he looked at it for literally 10 seconds. He did not even notify me that he was on my property. He was also very short on the phone and told me that he didn't see anything that warranted a leak. Tty telling that to the galloons of water that ponds on my roof. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Had a leak on my roof that was gradually getting worse. I called them and they got right back to me and came out within three days. I was just looking to get repaired, he showed me pics of my roof. It was in worse shape than I thought it was. He recommended and explained why a new rolled coater option was economically better. He was right, this would've been the third repair I would need him to do in four months. Since the coater, it's been a year and a half no leaks. Ty Craig

Tried multiple times to get this roofing company to come out
and take a look at our roof. We have had a leak for a bit. Spoke with Warren (the owner) on the phone just now and told him I have no idea what's going on on top of the roof but the flashing is torn up and he said "I am not going to deal with the flashing. Not going to do it." And then hung up on me. Give me a break. They may do good
work but who knows when the owner acts like this. What a joke.

Unbelievably professional. Warren came out promptly, saw the problem that 2 other companies couldn't fix (and recommended they put on a new roof), fixed it, guaranteed it and charged a completely reasonable amount. Recommended to the moon!!!

So rude and condescending and did not fulfill the job to completion. I understand the frustration of an old roof with several issues but that is not my fault nor his so there is no need to get rude and snippy with me about the issues. And to think that when I addressed that he was speaking to me in a rude manner, he went into victim mode and said I was questioning his character! It is not my fault you don't know how to speak to human beings and are unable to fix the roof issues completely. Keep your personal feelings to yourself and do your job. Thank you

He told me he couldn't fix my roof and didn't really give me an answer as to why. Now that i am reading these reviews, I understand that it is because I am not white. Terrible way to run a business. Shameful. Do not use this company for your roofing needs.

I hired this guy to repair a roof on the third floor of a rental property that I own. In the beginning he was a good communicator and took before and after pictures of the work that he did, After he showed me the pics and sent an invoice I paid him. A day later I found out that he had repaired the WRONG roof. He repaired the 2nd floor roof which did not need to be done. I had made it very clear to him that he needed to do the third floor roof where there was a significant leak coming down into the bathroom. He said he would "make good on it", but never did. He does not return my phone calls or text messages. Now I am out $575 and I still need a roof repair!
