This complex changed ownership in June 2015 right before we moved in. We had lived there previously and dealt with the horrific management beforehand but let me tell you.....'Park Sienna' (as they are now going by) management is even worse. The manager Angela Zinn is a rude, racist woman who has nothing better to do than micromanage everyone. We received multiple 'lease violation' notices on our door for petty things like a box was on our porch overnight and they claimed we were storing trash on our porch attracting rodents. Also, Angela FORGED OUR LEASE AGREEMENT!!!!! She sent me a notice saying that we owed a $100 late fee for rent. Our lease clearly states late fees were $67. When I emailed her back with an attached copy of our lease asking why it was now suddenly $100 she responded with a forged copy, all the dates on it were wrong (not when we had signed) and she had changed the late fee to $100 and PUT OUR SIGNATURES ON THE BOTTOM! THIS IS A CRIME!! I took this up with a lawyer. Angela and her owner Terry Graves tried to brush this off and make like it was not a big deal but this was just the deal breaker in a whole slew of terrible management incidents over the 8 months we lived there. I could go on all day but I'd be typing forever. Don't waste you money living here. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!

It rained this past weekend and guess what? Our living room ceiling leaked AGAIN. The sheet rock was replaced two months ago but The texturizing still wasn't complete On the ceiling.. Like that would've helped prevent this problem anyway...
ALSO..our bedroom had an obvious leak before us moving in and well.. That leaked too! Right over our bed. So we called right away (on a Friday) and willow glen said nothing could be done until the following tuesday.
Funny because I remember them saying water is considered an emergency yet it's not being treated as one. I'm not happy about this.
So in the future if you happen to want to live here and you notice that the ceilings been repaired... Ask for a unit that doesn't. Because it's going to leak no matter what they do to "fix it".
It's a HUGE inconvenience. I'm also tired of having issues and someone having to come in here all the time to fix them. I just want the problems to stop and have none in the first place.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Dec 10, 2014Previous review2/2/15
I decided to rewrite my review to add in that they have fixed things but I wanted to leave my initial experience up for people to know what they might be expecting when moving in. So, If you're considering living here.. make sure you are aware of some of the things you might experience initially moving in/ throughout your lease. My initial experience was not good but overtime has gotten a little better.
Before you move in, willow glen complets a check list of the entire unit and gives it a rating based on good, excellent, bad etc. For certain area of the apartment. Make sure you really check everything because certain things on our check list were checked good... And they Weren't "good". They were either missing or damaged.
Such as the following..
1. Our kitchen refrigerator was missing a door panel And a glass shelf. Which prevents us from having enough room for food. However, I did say something and they did replace these things.
2. Our living room had a leak in it after a huge storm..it took someone Almost 2 weeks to enter our unit and fix the problem. So during that time we had to stick a bucket underneath it until someone came in. This was back in November/December and the leak is fixed now. However, the texturizing on the ceiling is not complete.
3. Our toilet paper holder was missing from the bathroom. I let them know and it was replaced. Not a huge deal but when they check off that it's good when it's not.. Is what really bothered me most. they completely over looked that and it made me wonder what else they overlooked in the walk through.
4. My bedroom window had a crack in it. Eventually was fixed but they recently told me 2 weeks ago it's not up to code and someone would be entering our unit to fix whatever the problem is. No one did, and it's still not up to "code"... My bedroom door handle is also falling apart. Just noticed that today and will be informing them of that as well.
5. When we moved in our garbage disposal was broken and it was checked off as good on the walk through list. It was broken from someone putting glass in it and possibly turning it on? Who knows, it was broken prior to us moving in and was over looked. However, they did come in and fix it within 2 weeks.
6. Our front doors handle and lock had to be replaced because it was missing screws. I literally had to throw myself into the door to open it. Not sure why there wasn't any screws in but they eventually fixed it.
7. They definitely have a cock roach problem. so get yourself some traps, bate etc. Because they don't fix this problem.
Besides these issues... The maintance crew is very nice as well as John in the office. I also like that I can have my dog there and that rent is low but it could be reasonably lower due to the constant issues in the unit.
I had less problems combined living in all the other places before here. - Alex B.Napa, CA02Jan 5, 2015
No need for any stars....
On our move in day, our carpets were completely soaked from them "cleaning" it.
We had to put most of our things in the kitchen, and don't even get me started on what was wrong with the kitchen! stains galore!
This place is nothing but an accident waiting to happen, that has already happened!
We called Yasmin one night months ago on the 24 hour line around 1:15 am due to the carbon monoxide alarm going off incessantly, she was very rude and said "Why are you calling me for something so stupid when all you have to do is reset the damn thing?! this number is for emergencies only and you are wasting my time, call back later!" I replied to her and told her "This is a fucking emergency! fuck this place! you are nothing but a rude bitch and you aren't helpful at all!"
Weeks later our disposal was leaking and we had to put a bowl under the sink so it wouldn't get all over the place, it took them 4 days to come by the apartment!!!
Just last night our fucking toilet seat broke in 2 places!!!!!!!!! we had to put socks on the seat so we don't injure ourselves while taking a piss our relieving our bowls, We are so done with this place! for a shitty apartment the rent is WAY TOO HIGH! if anything it should be 700 dollars or less. 1095 dollars is asking way too much for a problematic place to call "home" I fear for the safety of my cat and girlfriend, we will call the health department and get them involved.
here are another few things wrong with this place...
1. People are way too noisy
2. Everything is shit
3. People are very inconsiderate and take our clothes from the washer and dryer
and throw them on the ground and basically "steal" our hard earned money to wash and dry their clothes.
4. Yasmin is HORRIBLE she needs to be fired! she has no consideration for anyone but herself and she acts like she hates her job anyway so why work here?! SHE IS A TYRANT.
5. John on the other hand, can be nice especially when she isn't there, so I don't have complaints about him really.
6. During the summer it would be nice if they actually cleaned the pool more often.
Some tenant every morning around 5 am every morning revs his engine for at least an hour! and I know I'm not the only tenant here that has a problem with him.
My girlfriend's bike got stolen from our upstairs porch! it was locked! and before then, they had slashed her tire, honestly?! this is due to the fact that they have no god damn gate! I've been told stories from other tenants around us how they've had things stolen too. This place is complete crap and no one is doing anything to better it.
People get truly sick from this place from them not cleaning it often.
Thank GOD we are moving out soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Ken W.Napa, CA01Apr 6, 2015
The only reason I give this apartment complex one star is because I cant give it zero.
When I moved in the apartment was DISGUSTING! It had not been cleaned and it was infested with fleas. There is also trash all over the complex. Management is rude and unhelpful. The parking lot is a joke. Gates are always broken and no one follows the rule that you need a parking pass to park inside the complex. You wont find a parking spot after 7:00 pm. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lissette F.American Canyon, CA01610Apr 22, 2014
DO NOT not consider this hole in the wall. the property manager is beyond rude. She acts like people are going to live there for free. The day of my move in date the carpet was soaking wet , dirty, musty humid and smelled like cat urine. I refused to move in because the apartment was not ready and the property manager did not want to change the carpet. She had the nerve to tell me they washed the carpet 3 times. lol. It was gross!!! They must have thought I was desperate. I can only imagine how tenants get treated. Health inspection needs to check this place out. I asked for the carpet to be changed or another unit and was denied. They also kept my deposit which isn't fair because they didn't have my unit ready. I had to cancel my moving company and find another home.

Thank you for your review. I know that you liked the apartment home aside from the carpet which was just shampooed a day prior to your scheduled move in. I apologize if we do not meet your standards but we do offer the lowest rents in Napa and would like to remain the lowest so we can offer affordable rent prices to those who need it. You also have the option to wait for another unit to come up, for we are always filled up.
We do welcome and comply with all city and county code enforcement .
Thank you again for your review and for helping us realize the importance of our current and future residents comments. - Daniel M.Napa, CA416Jun 23, 2014
I went to visit a friend who lived here in these apartments. I wouldn't live here if they paid me to. The grounds were filthy, drunks stumbling around, beer cans everywhere, dogs running around without leashes, unsupervised children etc. I couldnt even enjoy my visit with my friend, too disguisted and more worried about my vehicle parked out in front. It turns out they also have a horrible horrible COCKROACH problem as well. Its so so sad that people have to live in these conditions!

They show u an absolutely beautiful model but what u get is a nasty hell hole. I currently live here and I haven't put alanything in drawers nor do I plan to first because their nasty second because they are all broken. I shampooed the rugs myself and the water was like mud. Not 1 wall door frame or cabnet is completely painted not 1. They even half assed accidentally painted the outlets. Their are bugs I've never seen before along with cockroaches. They said my apt would be better than the model because I would have up grades my upgrade was a broken mirror. Run run run! Do not rent here!

I stayed here for almost 2 years from 2010-2012. the place is clean and most neighbors are polite. the manager and staff are very helpful and funny. The washers and dryers are cheap and convenient.

I'm a former tenant at Willow Glenn, my wife and I live an 2052 Wilkins ave. we were there over a year and the landscaping is great, there's 2 pools, and a little playground. Laundry facility is good but if you go at the wrong time you are fighting to find a washer because 1 stay at home mom uses all 8 washers and/or all 6 dyers. Sometimes 3 are broken they don't fix them till the end of the month so there might only be 1 working washer. and 1 dryer for the whole month. The parking lot isn't covered, you don't get an assigned space, The so called "gated community" isn't really gated the people gates never worked and it seamed broken. The car gates would break all the time and mostly would be stuck up that's the nice part. but with in a year they were stuck down twice when I needed to leave to go to work and took 20 to 30 mins to get working and was late. You can just pull the leaver from the outside or inside and drive in and park in the lot. you get a pass for you rear-view mirror but they never checked them. We moved out in Feb of 11 and upstairs 2 bed 1 bath was 1025 plus you pay water/sewer and garbage so it was only around 1060 to 1070 a month. but now there 1150 for a upstairs 2b 1b and still paying water and garbage. I made my wife pay rent cause every time I went to pay rent the head manager was rude and she could deal with rudeness a lot better than I could. We didn't have any huge issues with or apartment but the place has a horrible mildew problem in bathrooms on windowsills and in kitchen before we moved in The one time we did had mice they put steel wool in the holes and the mice came back and they did the same We moved .

First of all, thank you for being a part of our community. It is very unfortunate that you had a tough time living here but I promise you that we are continuing to improve slowly without having to pass on the cost to our residents.
I am also glad to let you know that the gates have been repaired and the washer and dryers replaced by our vendors who are the ones responsible for the repair, if needed , of all laundry equipment.
Thank you again.
