Westchester Diet Plan

A childhood friend referred me, who I saw was loosing weight. I had to try it out for myself and was obviously skeptical at first. Let me tell you... the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and (Jackie) listened to my concerned and answered all my tedious questions. I was shown how to and what to eat, and how to take the b12 shot, if I were to take them.

3 weeks later, I was about 11-12 lbs down. A month later, I lost more weight and found that I was able to eat right and was conscious of the size portions I was eating.

I caved a few times, but ultimately I'm pleased and will continue my weight loss journey here.

20 more lbs to go. Or more... I'll update this review when I hit that goal. Xoxo

Wow!!!! I am off to a great. 11 pounds in 2 weeks. I was referred by a friend who highly recommend Westchester Diet Plan. So I decided to give it a shot. I couldn't be happier. This is a healthy balanced diet. The staff is AMAZING!!!!!!
