Owner does not maintain the property and grounds, and has lost accreditation with CarFax, etc. The sidewalks and lot are overgrown with weeds and there seems no interest in cleaning anything up.

I just purchased a car cash from Sam. My entire experience was awesome and I got the car for a great price. I would recommend anyone to go to West End Motors. Being in business for 38 years and having the same mechanics for over 22 years says a lot about their character and business.

I cant tell you how grateful I am to have purchased my daughter's car from Mr. Sam. Not only was he attentive to what we were looking for, he made sure the car we chose was reliable and in great working condition. When I purchased my car from here a few months ago I was guaranteed a great car. The men who run the shop are great people and great salesmen....SALESMEN!!! Their mechanic looked over everything and I was assured a fantastic buy, but here I am with a broken down car, needing a whole new engine. All I'm saying is take the car somewhere else to be inspected before buying, don't be out a car a few months after buying.

My experience at West End Motors was super pleasant. Mr. Sam is very nice and helpful as he helped me pick out the car. They do all the paperwork for me too.

WOW! Great service at West End. Here's a dealership that actually cares how the customer will be even after they've bought a car and left the dealership. I wholeheartedly enjoyed my purchase, my experience, and my time at West End.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord from them. The car ran perfectly, it had low miles on it, and it was in great condition. Best of all: the AC was like a freezer!

The gentlemen at West End walked me through the whole process, helping me with financing at the local credit union, getting my title and registration, and figuring out how to best serve me.

Sam was fantastic. I was so dreading the used car search for a car for my son. Such a sleazy business. At least that was what I thought until we drove in here. The car was clean. Fair price. He has been in business here for over 30 years and thinks of customers as family. I believe it too because while we were there two previous customers came by. He stands behind the product and provides service as well. What a pleasant surprise on my Saturday afternoon search. I would recommend and will be back to buy again.

Purchased a Kia Optima from this place and I dealt with Sam. It was raining and he still let us get in a car! Came back days later and the car was ready for me to go. The process was simple and so easy! I got such a good deal on the car and it was low mileage! I definitely recommend this shop. It's not a big dealer filled with people just wanting to make money, it's friendly and not intimidating! Excellent service.

I originally came in to purchase a 2013 Kia Soul over the 2012 model they had because of the mileage difference. He was super nice from the beginning and let me test drive both. I instantly fell in love with the older model because of how new it looked, and there was a special! He takes AMAZING care of his cars and customers. Sam took really good care of my family and me. The car I bought was in great condition, had very low mileage, and was well maintained. There was some small aesthetic issues and Sam did not hesitate to offer to fix it for free. The car had an excellent maintenance record on carfax and he even offered to give me $45 to get my first oil change at the dealership so I could keep that record. He definitely treats you like family and his prices are unbeatable. He only buys well maintained cars and I wouldn't hesitate to call him. This will definitely not be the last time I buy a car from him!
