Poor food quality and the customer service is terrible. So terribly slow!!!

Thankful there is a new store a few miles away.

In case you're wondering, this place still sucks and yes, it's their horrible attitude and service.
Came here after a long day for a 4 for 4, I received bad service- telling me to hurry up, to figure out what I want elsewhere before I take up her time when I simply asked about the frosty key chain (for free year long frosty) and about the new 5$ meal that replaced the 4 for 4.

If you are craving a juicy burger from Wendy's, I would NOT suggest this location. The second we walked in we were told, "if we wanted quicker service, go through the drive thru". Of course I waited patiently bc the kids and I wanted to eat inside. We ordered 2 chicken wraps and a burger. While we were waiting we grabbed our drinks and took a sip we were all shocked! No seriously static electricity shocked. It was a lot more intense than your regular shock. When our food finally came the tortillas on the chicken wraps were hard. And the burger not so great. And what a surprise we were the only ones here, so the atmosphere was great! But either way Not the best experience! And I will not be back.

i ordered at 4 for 4 and they said i cant have any sauces that my meal doesnt require sauces. i will never come back.

Won't eat here ever again . I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo after a long shift , I get home I see they gave me 6 piece . I called to let them know since I already drove all the way home could I get a coupon or some for the next time I come . They told me that there was nun they can do and that they gave me 10 pieces . why would I dry lie about 4 nuggets . terrible customer service !!!

Came here last night to grab some food through the drive thru. Pretty sure someone new was working because we had to go over the order twice and it was nothing complicated but after waiting over 25 minutes they still got the order wrong. I at least tried to put up with the mixup since I haven't ate all day and their food gave me food poisoning in the morning. No thanks!

They hardly ever get the order right and always leave something we paid for off. If it weren't for frosties I'd probably never go again. Terrible employees, rude and incompetent. It's not a hard job get better management. This location sucks.

Don't use the mobile app to order from this location. They are out of certain items and you will not find out until you get to the store. They tried to substitute with other items that I had no interest in. Was told that they couldn't refund my money because the manager was not there. No one was available on Wendy's 800 number or Chat online. So now I will have to go back to the restaurant tomorrow to hassle with the manager for a partial refund.

I haven't been to this location in a long time. Now I remember why. I ordered through the mobile app.... Burger with add-ons somehow equates to plain burger. Fries partially filled. Chicken nuggets with no sauce. Frosty with no spoon. They should've just gone on strike this evening for the nonsensical way they filled my order. Never again! It's worth it to drive to the next location. The owner of this store should be embarrassed!!!

I'm am getting so tired of spending my hard earned money at any establishment and the employees or management has an bad attitude problem. First I walked in note I'm on an hour lunch break I sat at the counter waiting to order for a good 3-5 minutes finally the lady who appears to be the manager takes my order with a bad attitude and bad body language I went to the rest room once I returned my food was read but I wasn't given any condiments so I politely asked for ketchup and she just gave off a vibe like I was bothering her I said thank you I couldn't even get a your welcome the level of service is starting to get out of hand if you don't like your job you are free to find another one

I mean who doesn't like Wendy's ? This place has a low rating but I don't know why? I wouldn't devalue the establishment more than 2 stars because of a rouge, rude employee. You'll get that from time to time. Doesn't make it right though. The inside was recently remodeled, it's clean and the food is always good. Can't beat it
