      I like Wendy's i do! I was exited when I found out there was one close to home. I always wondered why most of the time When I pass by the drive thru line was huge! I work late so when I get out sometimes I'm hungry but 3 out of 5 times for some reason "the system is down" and they are unable place my order. And when I do get my order the spicy chicken sandwich is either extra cooked like honestly is so hard to chew or frozen! Then the bacon store fries I asked for extra bacon I don't mind to paid a little extra besides the fact that they put very little is burn like rocks I have to threw away my food I hope they change their service

      THIS service is so shit waited 20 mins for 2 nuggets the service is so bad do not recommend this place is nasty and bad
      The food has bad quality

      So tonight decided I would venture into a Wendy's not knowing better. Made my order with miscommunication and went forward to get my meal. So the young lady passes me a drink with no ice. I state this drink has no ice. She ignore and rolled her eyes. I was taken a back when I repeated that the drank has no ice. She states she knows and roll her eyes again. I simply stated when was you going to let me know. I wouldn't have ordered a meal if I had to drink like warm sprite. I wouldn't even bother to stop here and moved on. This young rolled her eyes again and shut the window while I was speaking. Not aggressive but at a regular tone. I know during and after the Covid 19 the standards have been lowered but what bother me was the manager was standing right there the whole time! Truly to the moon with Wendy's. They are truly beneath anything necessary. Fast food is no longer important. This isn't my first with Wendy's and when I report the manager on Laramie I put in the wrong code previously but I have this one right. The young lady has no customer service and the company is beyond correction across the board. I'll leave the rude comments to myself but 71st as most would know it as I'd viewed the worst outside Midway. With Yelp it's impossible to give no stars so. TBC. My chicken meal cooked before I got there. Horrible!!!

      I ordered a online order from the Wendys@7050 S. Western on Aug. 31, 2022. I had car trouble and was unable to pick up order, which I then cancelled. I've been trying to get a refund since Aug.31, 2022. I filled out requests,left voicemail, contacted the store, and nobody has been able to help me. Everyone I've contacted has been unresponsive, unable,or unwilling to help. I once liked Wendy's,but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Online, and personal attempts to remedy this situation have all fallen flat. Can someone help me

      I am not someone who comes on Yelp just to bash. You can look at my other reviews. For me to give one star, something has to be horrifying, not just mediocre food or lousy service..

      My favorite fast food thing is Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, has been since I was a kid. Against my better judgement, I decided to try this location, even though its often closed when its supposed to be open and never has both drive-thru lanes open (sign says "any lane any time").

      The drive thru line is super long, each car is taking on average of 7 minutes. I expect to see them understaffed when I finally get up there. But, no, I get up there, same amount of people any Wendy's normally has but they're all goofing off and chatting jabbering on like they're at a party, not at work. I can see a line piling up inside too. They have no potatoes for some reason (seems like an easy ingredient to have). The worker doesn't even greet me he just yells my total at me. I politely ask for ketchup. He comes back with my food. By, Remember that one time when I asked for ketchup? It was like 30 seconds ago? He didn't. Super rude.

      I start to drive away and a few bites into my spicy chicken sandwich I get a weird cold bite, and assume its just a piece of tomato, then - just after swallowing (my mistake) - I look down and notice its still frozen in the middle.

      I go back, and I tell the manager in front of a long line of people. He barely says sorry to me before turning his attention to everyone else in line (who are now in shock) and tells them "don't worry this wont happen to any of your burgers!" wow, thanks...make sure your over people who haven't paid don't get mad instead of the person you might have just POISONED! while he's talking some other clueless looking kid comes up and says "I've only been putting the sandwiches in for 5 minutes is that not enough?" Amazing...I hope i won't have to take my former favorite fast food place to court in a few weeks with salmonella poisoning. I definitely won't ever have a spicy chicken sandwich again for a long time. Thanks for ruining part of my childhood.

      Food is soggy. They never put bacon only one small slice and are sloppy. Workers care more about talking and conversation rather than do actual work.
      Would not recommend!!! 1/10 just bc they're quick

      This was probably the worst Wendy's i've ever been to in my life. I'm not someone to leave bad reviews but this place is on a different level. Placed a mobile order, got there about 10 minutes later. Drive thru was backed up about 10 cars. I finally got to the intercom and when I called out my order the lady told me mobile orders need to be picked up inside. Fine. I get inside, the place is musty and gross. Why they would have people voluntarily come inside was crazy to me. They're out of coke, don't have multiple flavors of powerade, no bbq sauce, and about 5 of the 7 people "working" are just moving around from area to area. The manager at some point yelled she broke a nail, and the girl at the counter looked like my order was lost or something and couldn't really explain what I was waiting on. 25 minutes later I get my food, and the order is completely wrong. I asked for 2 doubles no ketchup and no bun, ended up with 2 burgers with everything on it. As my lunch shift was basically done, I grabbed the food I knew was wrong and just got out of there. When I finally got around to it, both burgers were cold so i'm thinking they were sitting around for the entire 30 minutes or so I was waiting.
      Not sure if this franchise could be saved, Wendy needs to just close it down and take the L on this location. I feel bad for the people that have this location as their only option

      Long wait in line
      Don't let them tell you to move close to door
      the people behind you will honk their horn because you will be blocking the drive way and they will have you waiting a long time. Almost 1/2 hour because they will forget about you! Management questionable.
      Fast food restaurant means FAST FOOD with EFFICIENT SERVICE!
      During the RUSH HOUR there is to be plenty of food for a restaurant on a main thoroughfare that's why the put the restaurant on a main traffic thoroughfare to get the business. Have management look at their watch and predict the customer volume to be prepared for the food request traffic. I have to give them that they at least try but are not able to keep up.

      Super unprofessional. Went through the drive thru. The "manager" on duty was EXTREMELY rude. She was bothered by my questions about a particular burger. I asked her her name she stopped talking to me through the mic. I literally drove to the window, where she and another employee were ignoring the fact that I was at the window. There were by the way, no cars in the drive through during this time. She finally opened and asked if she could help me. Again, I asked for her name. She asked for what. I mean who cares for what at this point. Never got her name. She closed the window. Can't believe she is in charge of things there.
