Wendy's

Came in for a late lunch with hubby. Three giant kiosk ordering stations greet you as you enter.
After placing our order we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The chicken sandwiches came out nice and hot. The bun was super fresh as well as the toppings.
The restaurant was very clean and I saw a staff member cleaning off tables as people left.
Drinks were self serve and there were lots of flavor choices.
Plenty of parking outside conveniently located by a Walmart and several other fast food restaurants.

This place has gone down hill and it's sad. Bushnell doesn't have a lot of options so my husband and I will swing through every now and again to get a burger and a frosty. EVERY time our fries are cold and we wait forever so I'm not sure why they're never fresh. They "forget" stuff in our order so we don't even waste our time in the drive through anymore. We know we'll have to come back and ask for something. Gross, underwhelming, cold. Spend your hard earned money at the store and just make it at home.

I ordered on DoorDash because I'm working a 12 hr shift and can't leave, I ordered a Baconator meal, 10 spicy nuggets, and a sugar cookie. Instead I got 10 regular nuggets, a regular cheese burger, and a chocolate chip cookie. How can u possibly fuck up this bad.

It was honestly the best wendy's I have ever had the food was fresh and the woman in the drive thru was super nice! 10/10 would come here again!

This review is to the man working the window at 8:26 PM on a Sunday, entertaining guests with funny impersonations, getting drinks, taking orders and bagging meals simultaneously. I don't know what you get paid but it isn't enough. Keep at it man, you're going places. The food tasted like Wendy's, which is why I went to Wendy's

Very good food nice variety my daughter has a disease where she can't have MSG and none of there food has MSG she will eat the baked potatoes the chicken nuggets spicy and regular the spicy chicken sandwich the burgers and chili she loves it so very good place

The food came out wrong... that happens but didn't complain just wanted to get back on the road. We were going to eat in but changed our mind & took our food to go instead. When my son left the restaurant he tripped over the curb & dropped everything. I went back in & reordered. I explained what happened and I asked if there is anything she (Alexandra) can do to help us out financially & she said "It's not my fault your kid dropped his food." Great customer service there.

Ive never had a problem with Wendy's except for this one. They didn't honor the coupon in the drive through...which was the only reason why I stopped. Then after I got out of my car and walked in the girl behind the counter rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I could get the coupon off. Which didn't happen so. I will never stop to this Wendy's again.

Should get a 0. Girls behind the counter working on 8/4 at 12:35pm decided they would abruptly tell myself and my family they could not stand the way we talk. We are from Charleston SC. What a shame the way this owner lets his workers speak to customers. If myself and my family were not kind respectful people I would have came behind that counter and gave them a piece of my mind.
Although the service here sucks the side Cesar salad is always to die for.
Will never be returning.

Food was good, service was ok as they were under staffed. It's a fast food chain, nothing spectacular. One drawback, 1pm on a weekday and already out of baked potatoes.
