Wendy's

The staff wasn't friendly and the gentleman at the drive thru wasn't friendly at all. They messed up my order I took it inside and asked for the manager but he was to busy making food to address a screw up he made.

As a former manager in the food service industry i was embarrassed by everyone except the male employee who made sure our order was right before leaving a second time and brought the food to our car and apologized for his manager even though he should not have.

The order was wrong and the staff was not friendly is a common theme when looking at the reviews of this location. I would have to agree my order was made wrong and when brought to the attention of the staff there was no sorry or any kind of customer service. The other issue was I saw the bag with my food sitting on the counter while the employee was more concerned about adding ice to the bin than servicing the guests. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to improve food quality and service.

Line is taking 20 mins with no cars moving, and takes forever to take one order through the intercom. I'm irritated these new or old employees got to go that's very unprofessional If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The WORST Wendy's I have EVER been to. Everytime it's something different. The card machine is down, they are out of everything, they close early because the next shift hasn't shown up. Just this morning I waited at the drive-thru for 5 minutes before anyone even came on the speaker and I was the only one in line. I love Wendy's so much but this location is the absolute worst. :(

the store on Eubank and menaul in Albuquerque is not good. I made an $81 order and they could not give me a receipt. they also did not get the order correct. they were not not helpful. manager reported the receipt machine has been broken for weeks. really?! Wendy's can do better.

Typically Wendy's is A much better experience then the competition... did the competition put spys in to work for wendys to make it go downhill???? Joking but not too far from truth. WHAT HAPPENED WENDYS???

This place always has rude workers and I usually get more than 24 dollars of food and My food is either cold or soggy. I had stopped coming to this location and I stopped today and is definitely my last and had the same experience. Hard old buns and dry chicken on my salads. That's why I'm riding my review. I understand is a fast food place but come on, be professional and care for customers. I feel they are just stealing my money when they give me shirt service or nasty food. If you don't like your job get a new one. This manager needs to step it up because this location is garbage. Never had this issue on coors or eubank FYI

If you have to go here, use walk-in, not drive thru because they only have one window and the employees make a lot of mistakes that slow down the line. That is, if you can even get in. This was the second time this month that their "credit card system gets broken" so everything has to be cash. Even worse, I saw the cashier sneezing without a mask. 1 out of 5 stars.

Disgusting Wendy's ever!!!! This is no joke guys.... floors were so dirty (wasn't not busy at all... now i know why) fries were sooo old and the burger was dry and cold ( how is this place even in business) Wendy's s a favorite place to eat but this made rethink the whole situation
