      Wells Fargo is TRULY THE WORST. Every branch is worse than the last. It's Saturday only 1 bank on LA is open and they have 1 1/2 tellers I have been in line for at least 20 mins there are managers and bankers standing around looking at each other instead of helping a huge line of clients. If you can bank some where else I highly suggest to. This is absolutely ridiculous. I wish the branches were managed by competent workers but apparently Wells Fargo can't manage that.

      Yelping a bank branch. Go figure.

      I went in with questions and left with a rough idea of answers! Yay! Going inside was WAY better than calling. The staff here was pleasant and helpful. I sat at the bankers desk and she ended up having to call for some help. That was nice, as she did not just shrug it off. I liked that a lot. She was very helpful.

      The only reason I did not give a five-star? During the call, the branch banker did not completely understand the answer. She offered to have the person on the other end explain it to me. They declined, instead of saying it again the the branch banker. I asked why they did not want to speak with me and was told, that person is not allowed to speak to customers. Weird. From what I understand, they opened a second account that I can't see. I really don't get it, honestly.

      Where I work we involve the customer more, so they not only understand the answer to their question, but also have confidence in the answer.

      I left grateful, and with a rough idea of the answer. Really rough, but I sort of get it. Maybe... Sort of. The best answer seems to pay off my loan as fast as I can. And, I'll still bank here.

      Worst bank to go to I just waited 45 min in line for them to tell me they don't have quarters when that's all I needed what a waste of time they have plenty of staff and the line moves extremely slow like if they have no employees at least have a sign that you don't have any change

      I was at the this location to cash my check. I was in line for 30 mins before I was been helped. They took another 30 mins to verify my check. Very bad customer service. Bank manager and the guy in the below pic was very rude. Would definitely not recommend coming here. Certainly I won't.

      I would love to give them negative stars if possible. About less than 2 years ago we purchased carpet and tile from LA Carpet who used Wells Fargo Bank to finance us. We receive statements monthly and make the payments from the same address for all this time. Out of nowhere they stopped mailing us statements and when we call they had no reason why (they claim). But what they really are doing is trying to make money on late fees. This is how crooked Wells Fargo Bank is. We can't wait to pay this loan off and be free of them. Will never do business with Wells Fargo and refuse if any merchant offers them up. Wells Fargo has a business culture of deception!

      The laziest, most unhelpful, incompetent, liars I've ever had to deal with. I deposited 6 checks a week ago for my business and 9 days later they still have a hold on them. They actually put a hold on them a day after they had already collected all of the funds from my clients bank! I presented the manager with copies of my clients bank statements that showed the funds were removed from their accounts 8 days ago and they still refused to release my money. They even tried to say it was the other bank putting the hold on the funds due to, and I quote "unusual deposit activity". Interesting that they claim the bank releasing funds to Wells Fargo would put on a hold for "deposit" activity. It is clear Wells Fargo is still the same exact corrupt institution it was a few years ago, even though they claim to be the "new Wells Fargo". Well, the "new Wells Fargo" is still the thieving incompetent liars as the old Wells Fargo. They deserve zero stars to coincide with their ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay far, far, away from these cretins...As soon as they release my money I am closing my account.

      I absolutely love the customer service here! I had some problems with my account that
      i couldn't resolve over the phone. I was so angry that at this point, I was ready to close my account. Basically, the customer service representative told me to go in person but that most likely the wouldn't be able to help me. I was very hesitant to give it a try but I said -hey I've got nothing to loose.

      I waited for the teller and explained my situation to her. She told me she couldn't help me but that her manager could possibly solve my problem. I waited for about 2 minutes and there she was! Let me just say Christina Haro is GO TO person here! not only did she help me with my account issues but she patiently explained why I had my problem in the first place. She gave me a cup of coffee and made me feel at ease. I was really just going in to close my account but after I told her my problem she understood, helped and that's all I needed.

      I will definitely go again and keep this branch as my first pick!!!

      I do love my Wells Fargo! Great hours, everyone is nice, my personal banker is amazing, and I never walk out in a bad mood "but maybe that's because most of my money is there lol".

      I give Wells Fargo a green 5 out of 5 stars.

      One star for the people being nice and friendly, but they are totally incompetent! I had to wait for a simple transaction for nearly 30 minutes, when the same transaction took only a couple of minutes at a nearby Chase bank.

      I love WF! I've had it for more than 12 years and I've never had a problem. Favorite things has to be that the locations inside Ralphs are open Sunday too! Not that I ever use anything besides the ATM but it's good to know they are open if k even needed anything! Oh and Carlos the personal banker is great! Super nice!
