WB Liquors & Wine

Today was my first visit to Western Beverage; this store is clean, well organized and offers good customer service. The selection of products is moderately good. Prices are average. I was specifically searching for Craft Beer. The beer section offered a decent variety of craft beers, though it was far from overwhelming. Prices, again, were in the average range. I found brews from Deschutes, Lone Star, Spoetzel (Shiner Bock), Lagunitas, Stone, Ska and others. Six packs were most comon. The store offered a smaller selection of 22 ounce 'bombers'. I live in Florida and when I travel, I look for beer that is unavailable at home. I decided on a 22 ounce bottle of Ska 'Decadent' Imperial IPA; $6.99. Aside from this, I didn't see a lot that was unique or unusual. I expect that there are beverage stores in El Paso which offer greater variety and perhaps lower prices, but if you are near the airport, or in the area of Montana Plaza, this beverage store would most likely be acceptable.

I walked in the store at 8 and the lady rudely said you have 3 minutes. I then walked over to get what I came for and she said i have one minute to got to the register and check out. I don't appreciate being rushed and rudely talked to.

This place is great. Has a good variety of bottles and beers. Although the prices are kind of expensive. But overall the store is nice.
