Came here for a Brazilian and was amazed! Shereja made the appointment so comfortable and quick. I have now been back several times and it's consistently quick and as pain free as possible. Such a gem in glover!

Shereja is amazing she made me feel comfortable, and she did an amazing job. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions so pleasantly. It was definitely a great experience and I already set my appointment to be back!

Sensitive skin beware! Others, you're good. I was totally pleased with the service I received here. I decided to try Sugar Baby Waxing because my skin gets irritated with regular waxing, and I had read some comments that this service is gentler. While there was less pain than with waxing, my skin was irritated exponentially worse. Usually the redness clears up after a couple days but post SBW the situation was not good for a week. And it started to grow back really unevenly (like some hairs had only been broken at the skin). And I got terrible ingrown hairs. So yeah it was pleasant experience, but the results weren't there.

I absolutely loved my experience today!!! Kasi was wonderful! She was knowledgable and super friendly. I found easy street parking and was welcomed by staff members. I have had several Brazilian wax experiences but this one by far exceeded my expectations. I look and feel great. Sugar baby wax as gained a new client!

So let's be honest., waxing isn't fun. I mean, getting the hair ripped off your nether-regions is a pain in the you know what, literally. But Akeya makes getting waxed tolerable and dare I say, fun?! The Sugar Baby waxing technique is hands down the least painful option out there (and I've tried them all). My skin is always super hydrated and soft afterwards and she never double dips. I am a customer for life!

This was my first time visiting the location and I will definitely be coming back. I was seen on time and Shereja was absolutely delightful. The actual waxing didn't hurt which is definitely a plus and the process didn't feel rushed. It was a little bit pricier than I was used to in LA but for the service that I received it was definitely worth it.

I am so so happy with the service, the results, and my experience. I've gotten Brazilians in the past and yes they are somewhat painful but this time was by far the LEAST painful. Akeya made the experience so much better by helping me relax and she really took her time. She also provided so much information and I can't wait to go back!

They take their time waxing and show an impeccable attention to detail. My skin always feels so smooth and amazing after a session, I highly recommend trying this place. I suggest booking your appointment weeks in advance in order to be able to fit all your service requests as it is quite popular and time slots fill up quickly. It's really worth the price! Possibly one of the best waxing salons I've been to.

As someone else said, Akeya truly is a WAX GODDESS!!!! After stepping away from waxing for over ten years I decided to try it again a month ago prior to vacationing out of the country; it was the most god awful experience ever! Because I really liked the results, I swore to my soul I'd only try it one more time. I said if that experience was terrible then I was sticking to shaving... Well, after reading lots of reviews about SBW and Akeya specifically I decided to make the appointment. I am sooooooo glad I did! Despite my high anxiety (heavy sweating, racing heartbeat, nervous disposition), Akeya made me feel EXTREMELY at ease. She was so patient, personable and professional. Though there was some natural discomfort at times, I never felt like my skin was being traumatized and damaged (I felt this way before). Their products and process are amazing and Akeya executed it perfectly. I scheduled my follow up appt before I left. I will definitely become a regular client. I am so grateful to have found this place and this wonderful esthetician! Give it a try and schedule with Akeya, you will not be disappointed!!

Went to Sugar Baby Wax for the first time, and was not impressed. The service itself was fine, but the customer service was lacking. When it came time to pay, she said my groupon was invalid because I had rescheduled a week before, which was after the groupon expired. But, I had spoken to her about scheduling my appointment after the groupon expired, and she said that was no problem. If I had known rescheduling the appointment one week later would make the groupon invalid, I wouldn't have done so. The other problem is that she doesn't often answer the phone or return messages, which leads to further miscommunication. After she refused my groupon, I paid the full price, and she asked "do you still want the rewards card?" Her attitude implied she had dismissed me as a returning customer and treated me as such. I did not appreciate this attitude and will not be returning.
